The three bedroom two bathroom house has everything you could want including an unmatched view of the river basin, professional kitchen with a bar, fireplace, hot tub, two car garage and a sun-room with a lift up glass garage door to the covered porch. It sits less than a mile above Springfield State Park which boasts two boat ramps and a fish cleaning station. Also, you have the benefit of being in town–you could walk to the restaurant, bars, grocery store and public swimming pool. Come and stay–all you need is your groceries, toiletries and gear .
