A seaside gem

If you want to be close to the ‘action’ in a small seaside town you couldn’t choose a better spot. The view from the front rooms is stunning, the beds are too comfortable to make early rising easy and the staff is Maritime-friendly- just the best

Great staff. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was amazing at a fair price and service was excellent. We are a group of 10 and they did a great job accommodating us.

We were in town for a wedding. Kennedy House was just a block away from the venue. The Thursday market was right across the street. Our room was clean and very spacious. Check in was easy by a very friendly staff member

Rooms were rundown and the bathrooms tiny. Bar closed too early—the whole town shut down on a Friday night in the height of tourist season at 9 pm. There was no breakfast available to buy onsite in the morning, but drinks with live music on the porch was lovely.

Belle ambiance dans l'auberge, Une prestation musicale de 16h00 à 19h00. Excellent souper à l'auberge. Le seul problème de cette auberge, était que le lit étai inconfortable. Le matelas du lit était rendu à la fin de sa vie utile... Nous avons été reçu en français.

The Kennedy House has a wonderful history, a lot of character, and is very well maintained. We were very comfortable and would love to return to stay longer. We enjoyed its location, the friendliness of staff and a delicious dinner on its verandah.

The Hotel was historic dating back to 1881 It fits well with the historic climate of the town of St. Andrews. On the negative side, the toilet in our room (117) overflowed. It was reported to the hotel staff for their prompt attention.
