Spring break stay

Great location for a beach vacation. This unit in particular is very close to the pool as well which is a plus. Love that it was in walking distance to restaurants and fun activities. Sunshine Realty were on top of emails in general and very responsive to calls or emails. Being that everything sounds great so far, my overall rating was simply because the cleanliness of floors was very poorly done. The floors seemed as if they had not cleaned at all. Sofa’s could use and upgrade or use an upholstery cleaning. Kitchen chairs definitely need to be upgraded. Aside from being very wobbly chairs they filled with lots of dust from not being wiped at all. Ceiling fans very dusty. Carpets definitely have not been washed and those were the shower carpets which is kind gross being that different customers rotate through there. We removed them for the time being. I literally swept the floors and then vacuumed them. Hand soup in the restroom was literally filled with water as well as the dish soap we believe because how watery it was that we went bought one. So to Sunshine Realt, as I read in one of the emails about leaving the place as we found it. Meaning leave it a little clean, I think it’s only fair that your paying customers are invited to a well cleaned environment. So I suggest looking into the cleaning crew because other than that you guys were great in everything else.

Great Location

The condo floor was very dirty, and we had to deal with some bugs. The fixtures and appliances were outdated and needed attention or to be replaced. The kitchen gear wasn’t great either. The water pressure was great. I liked the development. It was in a great location. We could walk to mini golf and a few other places but we mostly drove. We couldn’t see (or hear) the ocean and though the beach was walkable, it wasn’t close when hauling gear. And there wasn’t a place to wash off when leaving the beach. The pool is right next to the condo, and has a shower - so don’t forget your pool key, since that’s where we washed off.

location was good, nice that it was a villa type ( separate building), and dog friendly complex on beach, and dog friendly beach. However the unit we rented, needs some TLC, very basic.

Absolutely filthy

BEWARE..We walked in after a four-hour drive to a very smelly home. Our Son drove 7 hours to meet us there. We assumed the smell was possibly because it had been vacant for a while, but we discovered as we were getting into the bed that the bed lines were never changed. In fact the cleaning staff flipped the lines inside out for us to use. We sent pictures to the property management. So Twelve midnight I had to run and get sheets for all beds as we needed rest. Further inspection we found the floors had not been mopped and we all ended with black feet in the first night. So my first night and next morning I spent cleaning the bungalow so we can stay. The bungalow is in such a great neighborhood on the beach, and it has not been taken care off by owners or Sunshine Realty the property management. They all should be ashamed of how they rented this tired lil home. Such potential wasted. In addition, we had issues with fire alarms, dirty towels, lack of proper amenities as stated in listing. With all this said Sunshine Realty maintenance dude quickly responded to getting the fire alarms taken care of. Sunshine Realty did reimburse the cost of cleaning as I was the one that washed and cleaned this home. I would say away from this property and anything managed by Sunshine Realty.

Perfect Yellow House

We had a great week at this house. The weather was perfect. We loved being able to see if the pool was empty or full (empty most of the time 😊). It was a super easy walk to the beach and we love the gazebo on the boardwalk down. Would highly recommend this house!
