After wandering nearby cafés and local shops, your second-floor retreat offers a calm place to settle in, with bright interiors and a peaceful atmosphere that feels welcoming year-round. Sorry, No pets.
The space
Set on Cordova Street, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs duplex unit provides a fully separate living space with its own private entrance. This is renting just the upstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the downstairs unit. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside, allowing for privacy throughout your stay. Each unit sleeps 4, or if renting the entire property (Cordova A+B) then it sleeps 8.
Living area
High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light create an open and inviting environment. The living room offers comfortable seating and an HDTV, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring the historic district.
Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms feature queen beds and storage space, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. A pack-n-play and baby gate are available for added flexibility.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a dedicated space for preparing meals, paired with a dining table for shared meals or a quiet morning coffee.
Bathroom & laundry
A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials is included, along with a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays.
