We made reservations and when we got there we had to wait 35 minutes for one of the rooms. Staff was NOT friendly at all. Staff needs to show some kindness, smile. The room was clean and quiet, except for the air conditioner which was noisy in 223. Over all property was in good shape, staff needs some extra help and a course on how to be nice to the guests.

We stayed on New Year’s Day and the hotel was extremely busy, with only one front desk associate, Chea, assisting guests. She truly did her best to accommodate everyone and remained helpful and professional despite how hectic it was. Our room was perfect for my family. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep after spending the evening in St. Augustine for Nights of Lights. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would return.
