Perfect getaway

Lovely property, well appointed with everything you could need. Quiet location but close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended for a relaxing, enjoyable stay on Vilano Beach!

Home was very clean and neat. Nice hot tub, deck, grill, and outdoor area in screened area. Large TVs in all rooms. Easy walk to the beach and reasonably close to Publix. Short drive to St Augustine. Kitchen and master are upstairs.

From the check in process and everything else in between this stay was great. CONSTANT communication and help navigating the check in process, comfy beds, a beautiful open living room for great socializing times. We loved it and will definitely book again!!

Our 21st anniversary

It was so beautiful, peaceful, very easy to get to the beach or the river. Everything was very close the restaurant on the river Aunt Kate's was amazing. 10 out of 10 will recommend and definitely go back and stay again.

Great relaxing break

We just arrived from a vacation at Joy Joy’s Vilano Beach vacation home and we had a great time with our daughter. The house has all that you need to have a relaxing stay and still feel like at home. Communicating with managers was great from the start and the area is very quiet, at walking distance from the beach and near a nature environment that invites you to just breath. Thank you Michael and Joy for making this a memorable weekend! Be blessed!

Wonderful relaxing home close to St Augustine

My wife and I had a great stay here for a few days. The house is wonderful - very clean and one of the best equipped VRBO's we have stayed at. Loved the Lanai - peaceful and a great spot for that morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood and a few mins walk to either the intra-coastal (and sunset views) and beach. Also only 10 mins drive to downtown St Augustine. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are in the area again.

Perfect for visiting St Augustine

Place was exactly as shown in pictures. Five minute drive to St Augustine historic area. You can tell owner takes care of this property. Would definitely stay here again. Weather was a bit chilly so we did not get to experience the beach on our visit but it was right up the road. Great place!

Great place to stay

My husband and I traveled with our daughter, son in law and 2 year old granddaughter and wanted to stay close to the beach. This was perfect! Clean, spacious home with comfortable beds and large rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and we were especially happy to see the property came with a wagon and beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Walk to the beach was a little long for the 2 year old so we drove and parked at the public parking and loved the quiet beach area. Great place to stay!

Amazing Vilano Beach Experience!

We were so pleased with our experience at Joy Joy’s Tree House in Vilano Beach! This home did not disappoint. You can tell the hosts take pride in this property-such beautiful decor and comfortable furniture. The home was incredibly clean (cleanest VRBO experience ever)—it smelled wonderful when we arrived and all of the linens also smelled amazing. Everything was labeled or had instructions, which we really appreciated. All the light/fan switches were labeled, the trash versus recycling bins were clearly marked, and there was a very helpful welcome binder full of useful information regarding the home/area. While we didn’t do much cooking during our short stay, the kitchen was very well-equipped. The home has a really unique floor plan with an amazing outdoor living area. The enclosed lanai and landscaping were amazing. The spiral staircase was a hit with our children and the outdoor living space was so inviting. There were plenty of beach items provided-from beach towels, to chairs, to boogie boards! Plus a great wagon to pull everything in and it was just a few blocks to the beach. Vilano Bech was awesome and not crowded at all. The hosts really made us feel welcome and at home as we were greeted with a welcome gift and a handwritten note. There were even bottles of water and chocolates by each bed! They were very responsive to calls/texts. You could tell that they really love the St. Augustine area and wanted us to, also, which we did! We were so sad to leave and hope to make it back someday!
