DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!! Absolutely disgusting! We got there and there was pubic hairs on the sinks and in the showers. The queen bed sheets had blood on them and had not been washed. We had to get maintenance there to fix the fridge and the silverware drawer. The condo had not been dusted in a long time. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes.

NYE Getaway

My family and I enjoyed this cozy lil condo, we felt right at home. It was too chilly to get into the ocean but we still got to hang out and put our feet in walking along the shore and find seashells as well as meeting really nice & friendly people. We saw the fireworks from the beach for NYE which was perfect instead of trying to deal with the traffic getting into downtown St. Augustine. There’s also 2 heated pools On premises! We will def be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great Very convenient to every place. love the beach really really enjoyed. Only draw back was there was no hair dryer as it stated and she showed a little age. I would stay again here. Would like to add-I think yall should change air filter. My party came down with no issues but we came home and all have sinus issues Didn't not chnge the great time we hd ust for your informtion.

Spring Break getaway

We love Ocean Villas and will be back for sure, this was our second stay but in a different unit. The property is just beautiful, the way it is layed out. The two pools are beautiful and since it was very windy and in the low 70's the heated pool was perfect. The walk to the beautiful ocean is seamless no matter what unit you stay at. The only negative was that the unit we stayed in this time wasn't cleaned to our standards. We emailed the property managers and they replied that they were thankful for our concerns and they will be looked into. Then when I dropped the keys off after our stay the woman at the front desk said you should have called us we would have sent someone over, I thought to myself, "Well we did email you, why didn't you send someone at that point?" Like I said, we loved our time at Ocean Villas and lesson learned if it isn't cleaned to our standards. (baseboards, ceiling fans and window sills etc) we will call right away.

Home Away From Home

This condo is so obviously loved it felt like being home. If you’re looking for the fanciest chic beach condo then this is not your stay. If you’re looking to be comfortable in a thoughtfully arranged and stocked home then this is perfect. Both pools were great, it’s a short stroll to the beach, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the sunroom was delightful. It was clean and we had no problems at all with the unit or sunshine reality.

Not impressed

The unit overall was just OK. Guest bed was uncomfortable. The rail inside refrigerator door kept falling off and so everything would fall out of the door when you opened it. Handle on microwave was broken. Dryer was very inefficient and needed 2 drying cycles per load. TV in the living room was too small. The location of the unit was convenient to the lagoon pool.
