Elevator locked up on us twice. They advertise as a full breakfast but it’s more of a basic continental breakfast. But the main reason I would not stay here again was the people. Very very rude when they checked me in. They act like it’s a pain to answer simple questions. And phone in the room didn’t work at all.

The best part of our stay was the staff. Tisha, and the other woman at the front desk, I can't remember her name but it starts with an "H". They were both excellent at their jobs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The reason for a 4 star rating is because it's old. The sink and shower fixtures need replacing and the water pressure was abysmal. I wish they would install a water softening system because it was so hard we couldn't get any lather. We loved being able to walk to the beach from the hotel. Great location. And you really can't beat the price. All that being said, we would stay there again

Nothing was good at this hotel. Room was so dirty that you could wipe out an entire layer of black dirt if you just wipe with wet cloth. Drawers were dirty with almost all corners as black with dirt. Refrigerator selves were broken snd placed inside the refrigerator. Lift, lobby, parking were dirty as well. There were 2 items live prepared by hotel ie egg and sausages and you literally had to wait for 20 min to get the refill of containers. When complained to staff, her manager confronted saying she has been filling every 5 mins so don’t complain. And top of this super services they would charge $100 per room as security deposit saying this charge is for not damaging the room.
