Here, you’re close to the shoreline while enjoying the comfort of a three-level coastal home designed for gathering and unwinding.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds thoughtfully spread across three levels. With 2.5 baths, the layout offers both privacy and convenience, and bedrooms are positioned near bathrooms for easy access. Fresh bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer to keep things simple after beach days or longer stays. An in-home elevator - with a cab at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes moving between levels more accessible for everyone.

Living spaces
An open living area brings everyone together with generous seating, natural light, and an HDTV for relaxed downtime. Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected if needed, whether you’re answering a few emails or planning the next day’s outing. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, with full-size appliances, cookware, and a dining table for shared breakfasts or casual dinners. Step outside to use the grill and enjoy meals in the coastal breeze.

Outdoor living and pool
Beach access is located directly across A1A, making it easy to head out for sunrise walks, ocean swims, or afternoons stretched out on the sand. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are available for your convenience. Guests also have access to a community pool shared with the North house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub).

Parking and access
A private entrance and self check-in via lockbox ensure a smooth arrival. Free parking on the premises includes 3 spaces, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. The home is equipped with essential safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

This North Vilano Beach retreat is well suited for families, couples, or small groups seeking space to spread out, easy beach access, and a relaxed coastal base just minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions.
