PRV 308. Gold rated beautiful third floor, ocean front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 6. A nice ocean front patio with a great view of the beach. Easy access to hot tub, pool and walkway to our beautiful beach.
Newly updated kitchen with the spacious breakfast nook. There is a sleeper sofa in the nook just off the kitchen. The dining room and living room have ample seating for 6 people, newly redecorated, new tile flooring and paint, re-furnished with motion activated recliner sofa and chairs and a new 55" flat screen smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player. All TVs in the condominium offer HD service. Newly installed A/C system UVC germicidal lamp that greatly reduces exposure to potentially harmful airborne contaminants, eliminates biological contaminants and pollutants from indoor air.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a 32 ' flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and 29" flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.

Unit nice but no customer service d
The condo complex & the unit itself was nice. However, I called & messaged the #s given to ask arrival, departure questions and received NO response! During our stay the tv in our unit did not work & our inquires to the staff of the complex were ignored. It was only tv so it didn’t affect our stay too much but being ignored is frustrating no matter the issue! Just glad it wasn’t a bathroom problem !!!
