Enjoy premiere beach location at Oceans 13, newly renovated and just steps from the white sand of St. Augustine Beach! Oceans 13 Unit B is in a one-story duplex located in the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John's Pier and Mini-golf. Walk across the street in the morning to Kookaburra, a local favorite coffee shop, or to Island Donut Shop for a gourmet donut. Or make your own coffee and breakfast "at home" and enjoy a lazy morning in the sunroom. Pick up a few beach chairs provided and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. A short, evening stroll will take you to the pier, less than a mile away, where you can take in a free concert or cast a fishing pole.

Oceans 13 Unit B is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

We had the best experience, first time renting VRBO. Communication was excellent throughout the booking process up to and during our stay. Our accommodation was super cute, clean, spacious and cozy and the location was perfect. The decore was simple and beaches. Having an outdoor space with bbq and beach chairs and cooler was a bonus. We had two parking spots which was awesome. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to be walking distance to St. Augustine beach and local restaurants. Only negative was the wrought iron furniture was tired looking; peeling paint surface. This was not a big deal.

We absolutely loved this area and this property! The location was great and our place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I didn’t end up bringing my 2 little dogs and regretted it immediately. I am planning on renting this property again in the near future! We are hoping we will be able to. Thank you and hope to stay again soon!

Nice once we got in

This cottage is cozy but does have all we needed. It truly is steps from the large uncrowded beach and there are lots of nearby restaurants. Grocery store a mile or two. The rental has a reasonably equipped kitchen and was very clean. My complaint is with communication with iTrips who manage the property. I explained several times by text phone and email that we were flying from the West coast early on check in day. They do not communicate through VRBO but use their own portal. After numerous exchanges about setting up a login in their system they said if I requested they would send check in info the day before. Well after 2 requests the day before, no information. I also asked that it be an email rather than text. The result is my sitting in the airport after our flight started boarding to forward the info by text to our guest who was driving from Central Florida. Very last minute and unnecessarily stressful.

This property is a perfect location. One block from the beach & lots of bars & restaurants. It was very comfortable & well equipped. The only thing i would say that needs help are the bed pillows which were flat. Otherwise it’s great!

Experience in Unit B

Overall it was a perfect rental for me and my pup. However, many of the dishes were dirty, the shower rod kept falling on me while showering. Christmas Eve with loud noise from the neighbors construction from 5am till early afternoon. It was a nightmare!!!! Drilling, pouring concrete, loud machinery. Ruined Christmas Eve for me and my family that came by to exchange gifts. Would have been nice to be notified that this was going to happen. Location was great. After the Christmas Eve situation, it was peaceful and enjoyable.
