This beautiful beachfront townhome, centrally located in the popular Gulf Beaches neighborhood, offers the best of the Forgotten Coast: amazing direct views of St. George Island's award-winning beaches from multiple private balconies, charming accommodations decorated in with coastal accents, community swimming pool, and an unbeatable location close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, fishing pier, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, and the multi-use path that connects the whole Island!
Whether relaxing on a balcony with a good book and a refreshing beverage, searching for seashells on miles and miles of unspoiled sugar sand beaches, exploring the Island on bicycle or paddle board, or splashing in the community pool, there are so many options for kicking back and enjoying your beach vacation. Across the bridge, Eastpoint's craft brewery and fish markets offer local flavors, and just a half an hour by car, historic and charming Apalachicola awaits with its trendy shops, great restaurants, galleries, and live entertainment scene.
The Villas of St. George community offers a community pool, fish cleaning station, and private boardwalk to the beach. Guests have use of two parking spaces.

The open living/dining/kitchen area with tile floors and beachy decor features a comfortable seating area with sofa and loveseat, flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a rocking chair for kicking back and enjoying seaside vistas. The sofa converts to a double pull-out bed, providing additional sleeping space.
Glass sliding doors open to a private balcony with comfortable seating, overlooking the pristine beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of America. It's the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or relax at the end of the day while dolphins frolic in the surf.
The dining table has seating for 6, and the kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts!
Upstairs, comfortable sleeping accommodations await after a day of sea and sun. The beach-facing king master bedroom with direct Gulf views and private balcony, flat screen TV, and full private bath with shower/tub combination. The stack washer/dryer adds additional guest convenience. The twin bedroom on the second floor also has a balcony with Gulf views, and is served by the full bathroom in the hall.
