The staff are faultless, everyone was so kind and very helpful. The room itself was very outdated, the amenities in the bathroom were ok however I had one white towel and one yellow towel. I was on the ground floor at 10:55pm someone was hoovering outside the room and again at 7am in the morning. From 7:30am all I could hear was the music being played for the breakfast service it was a very disturbing.

The hotel has a beautiful interior and a great jaz bar and dining area. Its a very easy walk into town and has good car parking. Very comfortable room, excellent dining and adaptability to our needs. The jaz evening was exceptional. Nothing much on the negatives but the breakfast was a little disappointing.

The menu choice for evening dinner was ltd.No special Sunday menu. Access to our room was via a long corridor and involved descending a narrow steep staircase which was constructed with ceramic tiles which was in my opinion somewhat dangerous.

We have stayed at the hotel many times, but my only concern was the shower in room 30, the base was dangerously slippery as it had a slight dip to it, both I and my partner both slipped, so if someone was elderly, this could be serious, but everything else was perfect.

Highly recommend. Comfortable, clean, convenient.

2 day stay which was great… location is close to town centre, parks and shopping. Parking outside, not too sure if there’s a charge. But safe and secure. Breakfast was fabulous and music in the bar on a Friday night was fabulous. Great stay.

THE SAVOY JERSEY

The Savoy is a lovely hotel, nice and quiet and peaceful. Rooms lovely with comfy beds and big bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent, lovely pool area. Bar and restaurant also lovely. Only problem for us was its a bit far from the town and marina as we didnt have a car and only a bus every hour stops outside the hotel.

We really liked this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and we even had a little fridge which was great for keeping drinks cool. There was a trouser press that we couldn't figure out. Mind you we were slightly concerned to see that the electrical safety testing was a few years out of date on this and on the fan that was provided. Saying that, it was lovely to have the tower fan and windows that opened nice and wide. (There wasn't Aircon but it was absolutely fine) The pool looked lovely but the weather cooled down a bit too much so we didn't try it out. The shower was lovely and powerful. There was plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was really nice (eggs a little snotty but still nice) and the staff were all kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything lovely for a older property. Staff lovely and helpful . Only downside was couldnt sit under canopy by pool area due to afternoon teas from outside guests ... an afternoon tea went on from 1.30pm till after 10 .15pm was roudy trying to get till sleep. Had a 81 years with me , feel it should of been held in a quiet room , allowed residents to use pool facilities.

Hotel entrance is lovely, the reception staff were friendly & helpful, the room was adequate very comfy bed but they could do with updating & air conditioning would be a must if I had to stay again, breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & quality.

Lovely hotel. We loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness. Very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and they had gluten free options too. We loved the jazz night and the food in the restaurant was excellent again with gluten free options.
