Towels were dirty and stains on them. The hotel had no guests. No customer service. They charged me an extra night when i checked out a bit early. My initial stay was fromTuesday to sunday. I checked out on Thursday at 1pm. I asked if this was okay and they said yes its okay. They supposed to charge me 2 night stay but they charge me 3 nights. It took an arm and a leg to get refunded. Never staying there again. I highly dont recommend to stay there.

Hi Tommy. I am both surprised and sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. You seemed to be quite pleased while you were staying with us and our 24 hour reception staff never heard a single issue or complaint from you. I do apologize if receiving your refund was problematic in any way, but for our Expedia bookings guests must go through the proper channels for their refund. Also, it appears you requested a refund on January 18th, and it was issued to you on January 18th.It is a slower time of the year for the hotel, and you had mentioned wanting to stay elsewhere so you could have more people to socialize with. We accommodated your request and you checked out in the afternoon well after our checkout time. We unfortunately had to charge you for that day, which would be pretty standard in any hotel considering the reasoning. Even still, we gave you some free meal vouchers for our bistro as some compensation. You seemed quite happy about this at the time.If you had communicated some of these issues to us, we would have been more than happy to go above and beyond to correct them. For any future visits of yours to any hotel, please be sure to pass along your issues to the staff or management so they are aware and have the chance to correct them.

Quiet and comfortable

Comfortable and quiet. The room was nice, other than the towels being quite stained. I'm not sure why we had to check in by 5 pm when there was someone at the desk all night long.

I am very sorry to read about the towels in your room. But we would have happily brought you some fresh towels if we had known.I am also not sure why you were asked to check in before 5pm? That shouldn't have been the case, but I will be sure to look into it further.
