Lovely luxurious boutique hotel with unique room on the harbourfront in downtown St John's. Convenient location to dining, shopping, entertainment, courtyard etc. Would definitely recommend!

Front staff were friendly. The courtyard patio with music and food and drinks was the highlight. We didn't leave the hotel premises because of it.

Loved that the hotel is downtown close to many restaurants and shops and pubs. The hotel is old but very well maintained and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

We did not get the room we booked and payed for. When we did get into this room the A/C did not work at all. Was a Sauna in the room. No refund, nor any compensation for one of our worst nights ever!

The Murray was a nice hotel. The location was great for visiting St John’s and was very walkable with lots around.

Continental breakfast could include cereal and bagels. For a 7 day stay muffins were getting boring and instant oatmeal in warm weather is not overly appealing. Our bed was very comfortable. A feather top on the mattress I think!

Quaint and a nice break from the traditional box brand chains. Has a rustic 1980s feel with splashes of luxury added in. I would stay here again when in St. John's, no question.
