Unfortunately Victor and his wife were unable to stay with us on this occasion.They arrived, parked with their badge displayed in the blue badge slot we had obtained right in front of the building, but came too late in the day for us to be able to provide a double en suite room on or near the ground floor.His wife who suffered from severe emphysema was unable to go to the top floor for the allocated room for their stay.If we had been informed by the guest when making the booking,we could have easily made adjustments,but rooms were already occupied..Victor even apologised for not telling us in advance of their special requirements.On a quiet weekend (not Bonfire night) we may have had some flexibility. Fortunately with a brother in town and friends at a local caravan camp,they had help.We could not relet their room so late in the day but will provide a big discount naturally for their next stay with us.

Good to hear that we were sufficient for his needs,which was a simple en suite twin overlooking the English Channel and Beachy Head,so that both he and Spanish female could enjoy the annual fireworks and Bonfire Societies' torchlight parade.

Staff are puzzled by low score as no reason provided either verbally during stay nor upon departure just slipped away.Paid just 72 for three persons in en suite room ( ie just 24 each) right on the promenade overlooking the beach.Staff recollect that they were namedroppers(some actor they claimed to know?) as if to make themselves somehow important.We need to know if something is wrong so that we can improve.This does not help us.However we regret that they were not happier and will continue to do our best.
