No staff available at check in to check in, waited 27 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk, even while repeatedly calling the hotel phone with no one answering it. Entire building smelled like marijuana, all three floors (my room was on 3rd floor). Sheets were dirty and stained and I had no toilettries in my room upon arrival. The “breakfast” was literally a waffle iron and syrup and juice/coffee. Will never return to this hotel.

Yes, did not change linen, did not take out trash, did not clean room, ice machine to bring foon second floor no ice, first room we were in the ceiling over the bathtub had a hole in and water was running out of it, I was told to wait until tomorrow to change room, room smelled bad, new room phone did not work, doors on cabinet didn't close, refrigerator dirty,to bring down towels to be washed,hall way floor dirty,stains on sheets, stains on walls, mattress lumpy, pillows old, just not up to health standards all around terrible,day desk clerk had bad attitude would not stay there again and would not recommend for anyone else to stay there, would like half my money spent reimbursed.

Room was dirty. People's hair on tub walls. Microwave if shut would start on its own. Numbers screen broke so you couldn't put time in. Stains on sheets. No handicapped rooms with two beds. Will never go here again. Cabinet broken. Microwave tray was not for this microwave. Tv tiny and never worked because it required streaming and there isnt enough bandwidth.
