Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It would've been nice to have info on TV in the room. Also, the USB charging ports on the bedside tables and the TV did not work as my phone or watch were charged in the AM - but it's always something with technology. Overall GREAT price for the room, bed quality, kind staff the convenience in location and plenty of parking.

This place had the cleanest and nicest bathroom of any hotel I've ever been in. The sliding door to the bathroom was odd at first, but it worked, although the space was quite small. For a casino, everything was very standard, like any other hotel, which was a bit disappointing, but it still had an upscale feel. It was a smoking casino floor, which came into other areas of the first floor, killing the ground floor atmosphere. The casino also blocks the most kid friendly food options. I would rate this hotel not kid-friendly. We came for a concert at the amphitheatre. The ONLY way to go! The shuttle passes were a bit expensive, but totally worth it. No lines in or out. No waiting. Perfect! for this venue. And I loved every staff member I came into contact with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and nice. Overall, it was a terrific experience.

Very noisy rooms. We could hear the tv in the room next to us all day and all night long. We didn’t get much sleep due to this. The carpet had red stains in several places, the bathroom wall had brown splatter spots on the wall (not sure what it was but it was gross). The room could’ve been much more clean. The parking garage didn’t feel safe. The overall vibe of the hotel was very depressing and not at all what I had hoped for. I booked this hotel due to being told there is a shuttle to the amphitheater. We didn’t get to use the shuttle because it started running at 6:30, but we needed to be at the venue no later than 5:00 for a VIP experience… so I ended up driving, paying for parking at the venue, and sitting in traffic for about two hours waiting to get of the parking lot of the venue. I had high hopes for this hotel, but it was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend.
