This hotel is in a great location close to shops and promenade with an easy access to buses and other locations by car
The room was thoroughly cleaned everywhere including washing the floor and make the beds look pretty.
The breakfast was nice and I like the idea of being served rather than self service. This makes it more hygienic. Evening entertainment was great and the bar staff were really friendly.
Will definitely return.
Also liked the shop near the reception. Friendly lady served us and the prices are reseobable.

Water issue
Posted Dec. 26, 2023 on HotelsWater stopped working while i was in the shower, staff weren’t very helpful and frankly rude not telling us what was happening consider we were flying out in the morning had to buy a case of bottle water sending my husband out to atleast wash the soap off me was first told it’ll come within 20 minutes 3hours we kept trying to find out with no real update at least of they updated us properly then we could have looked at what to do water didn’t come back till the morning even then we had to use bottle water to wash our face as the water was really dirty and we all the reception staff say is maintenance will be notified but what answer do we get? Staff was so rude that once i called down as i couldn’t go down and i said i missed dinner because i couldn’t get out the shower and he just put the phone down on me. Really don’t recommend so avoid it.

Staff were exceptional. The hotel is a little out of the way from bars / restaurants / Activities. (Except for the park across the road). Also parking is difficult (it always is in Malta though). Sitting outside the front is very noisy due to busy road. The pool area is fine.
