Just in front of a rocky beach, this property features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a living area fit for royalty, making it perfect for any type of stay.
All the property has strong WIFI access and AC, summer or winter we got you covered. A truly one of a kind property.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathroom including a shower and toilet.
Laundry| Free access to washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. All is available for private and inside our apartment.

St Paulâs Bay is a village located in the North of Malta along its Northern coastline. Its municipality includes the neighbouring villages of BuÄĄibba and Qawra, as well as a few smaller localities, which include Xemxija and Mistra.
You can take a stroll along the famous promenade, which stretches three kilometres along the coast from the top of Qawra to the south of St. Paulâs Bay. With plenty of pubs, restaurants and gelaterias dotted along the promenade, youâll have plenty of choices for grabbing a drink or a meal.
Thereâs a nice nightlife scene in summer, and youâll always find pubs, sports bars, clubs and a casino within walking distance.
If you are interested in doing water sports, St. Paulâs Bay is the place to be. Besides swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling, you can opt to try exciting sports like scuba diving and jet skiing.
Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.
For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.
Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, you can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
