Beautiful apartment directly behind the dike, located 200m from the beach crossing in Ording. The apartment is upstairs with a west-facing balcony and additional sun island in the garden area with beach chairs and garden furniture.

Entrance area, entrance hall with cloakroom, spacious living-dining area with direct access to a balcony with garden furniture, in addition in the dunes a large, shielded by Friesenwälle and woods covered terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair. Two bedrooms with double beds, two shower rooms / WC. Separate kitchen. In the basement there is a community sauna (rest room, various showers, foot baths), gym, table tennis. In the outdoor area: a playground for the little ones, parking space, bike racks.
