Lovely stay here at Pandora Hotel. The staff and on-premises restaurant are outstanding. The check-in was quick and friendly, and the waitstaff and cleaning crew were terrific. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and friendly experience. Thank you for making my time here on Guernsey so enjoyable.

The Pandora Hotel is fantastic. The room, and especially the bathroom, were immaculate. All the staff were very polite, professional and always helpful and the food served there is top notch. My friend and I will definitely be returning.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were big, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, healthy options too! Loved the hotel, quirky but renovated and so convenienr for the harbour. It is on a hill but we didn't mind that.

Great location, although it is uphill from the main road and water front area. My daughter and I shared an ocean view room--we could definitely see the ocean, but it's not close. The staff at the Pandora are so friendly and helpful. We felt immediately at home. Laundry services were reasonably priced and quick turnaround. The breakfast (included with our reservation) was great! The bar and lounge area are comfortable--perfect place to hang out in the evening. Lots of excellent dining options in the area too.

Best breakfast ever

Location ok uphill from harbour but can find various routes and steps to make it easier. All staff friendly and helpful but was surprised reception could not help with access to internet to book a flight to Jersey when our ferry was cancelled. Lovely gardens. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. Buffet for cereals, yoghurt and fruit salad which was fresh fruit and a good choice of cooked meals served at the table. Would stay there again if visiting Guernsey.

We had an excellent sray at the pandora hotel. Our welcome was friendly and inforative. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The queen size bed was luxurious. The staff were all heloful and attentive. Breakfast, delicious. A nice choice of options. We had dinner there too on one night which was excellent. I would say it more than a 3 star. Great value. Would definitly choose this hotel agian. 10 / 10

one morning I didn't get my cooked breakfast, I commented on it (to a waiter) when 2 tables got theirs having ordered after me and I was told the chef is doing yours but still nothing after 5 mins - I had to leave then to catch the bus. No point in asking the next day as but even earlier, but was fine the other days, thank you. Took 5 days to realise I didn't like ginger biscuits and swop them for something else which I did have thank you. Plenty of milk left in the room, thanks, as I like milky coffee.

The location near to the Victor Hugo house was really convenient with easy access to the town. The gardens are beautiful and the food excellent. We couldn't fault our stay at the Pandora and would definitely choose it again. Thanks to everyone at the Pandora for an excellent stay

The breakfast was wonderful, the room clean, the location up a hill but walkable and convenient. The only negative was my twin bed. It was caved in in the middle, so I selt on a pillow to have a semi flat surface to not wake up with a bad back.

Need to climb 150 ft up (15 floors) to get there from town. Then no elevator so another 2-3 flights. Low water pressure which is to be expected at that height. No AC but adequate breeze.

I've just spent 5 nights at the Pandora Hotel and it is a fantastic place to stay. I had a top floor room with views to the sea. All the staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to make your time there relaxing and stress free. The garden is beautiful and lots of hidden places to sit, look out for the swing seat with a stunning view to watch the sun set. There are plenty of options for breakfast and evening meals. All the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, friendly & clean. Close to St Peter’s Port.

The Pandora Hotel is a short walk, up a hill, from St Peter’s Port. It’s quite a big hotel, with lots of rooms, a nice bar and restaurant area, along with lovely gardens. We had a twin room with a sea view. The room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed but was quite cosy. The shower, in particular, was small but it was clean. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection, including tea/coffee, juices, cereals, toast, fruits, yoghurts and hot food. Full English breakfasts (and vegetarian options) were available, along with other hot options. We had a hire car and was able to park outside the hotel every day, which was really convenient. Overall, a nice stay, close to St Peter’s Port. I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget or just don’t want to spend huge amounts on a room that you aren’t going to be in much.
