Our home is extremely close to the beaches, the eclectic city of Gulfport and a short 10 min drive to DTSP or downtown St. Pete. 275 is just a hop, skip and jump away making it easy to access Tampa and Bradenton area!
Our space is open, stylish and provides everything you need for a short or long term stay! Enjoy the outdoor spaces, the pool and the central location to our beautiful beaches and downtown.
Everything inside the home, including the garage is for your own personal use! Please enjoy our home!

The atmosphere of the neighborhood is upscale and tropical with peek a boos of the ocean!
It is quite possible to get around via Uber as downtown and the beaches are both less than 10 minutes away, however I always recommend a car for getting around and exploring on your own terms!
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood - our fellow neighbors respect to privacy and right to a quiet neighborhood is our top priority. Please enjoy our home with this golden rule in mind :)
Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

Please note - We do allow events however there is a fee based on the type of event, how many people and the length of time you will be holding the event. Please inquire prior to booking our property for a small event (20 people or less)

Third-Party Bookings:
If youâre booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. Weâll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval. While your own Airbnb account is verified, a third-party guest is notâso this extra step ensures safety and compliance for everyone. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but weâre happy to accommodate them with proper verification.
Damages & Responsibility:
Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required.
This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes. If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement.
Pets:
We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the pet fee(s), which covers the extra cleaning care they require.
The fee is per petâif youâre bringing more than one, weâll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed.
If a pet arrives unannounced or undocumented, a $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in.
Cancellations:
This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up.
Smoking:
The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside onlyâplease use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.
Extended Stays (29+ Days):
Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. Weâll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates.
No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking.
Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received.
