3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House Just 8 Minutes Drive To Beautiful Indian Shores Beach

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is just 8 minutes drive to beautiful Indian Shores beach and miles of other beaches . Clearwater beaches are only a few more minutes away. Super quite neighborhood with 1 car garage and big u-shaped driveway for easy parking. Orlando Disneyland is only 1.5 hrs away.

House has all the amenities of a regular home with fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, TV, and Wi-Fi. Keycode entry means you do not have to carry keys. Central A/C keeps all the rooms at the right temperature.

The house has very comfortable Ikea beds in all rooms and a queen pullout in the living room. The dining room table seats 6 and there is also a kitchen gathering table that is perfect for socializing, eating, or for preparing food. The backyard has a nice patio area. Full size washer and dryer are also in the house for your use.

Parking
-There is a huge u-shaped driveway with lots of room. There is also a 1 car garage.

Air Conditioning
- The central AC can be set to cool or heat.

Internet
- High speed wireless internet connection.

TV
- The Living room has a flat screen 40" Roku streaming TV. The master bedroom also has a flat screen Roku streaming TV. Both TVs offer free on air programs as well as streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Disney, Tubi, etc. .

Laundry
- There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage.

Linens and Towels
The house is stocked with sheets and towels. The cleaners will clean at the end of your stay. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer if you need clean towels and sheets during your stay.

Beach Equipment
- There may be a is a variety of beach toys, masks/snorkels, folding chairs, sun umbrellas etc. in the garage that has built up over time. We do not mange this equipment and the inventory changes all the time as some equipment wears out and some guests leave behind their unwanted beach toys.

BBQ
There is a propane BBQ in the back. We ask guests to understand that we cannot manage the propane usage. Guests may have to exchange or refill tank . 

Pool
There is huge community pool just a few minutes walk.

Beaches
The ocean is just a short drive away. There are so many beaches close by, up and down the coast. Our favorite beach is Indian Rocks Beach at 12th Ave. It is only 8 minutes drive from the house and it has free parking right at the beach. Please see Indian Rocks Beach Access 12th Ave for location of the beach.

- Everything is close by. There is a Walmart, bank, gas station, MacDonalds, Starbucks, pharmacy, and Publix close by.

Listing is misleading

Property detailed on VRBO is very misleading. Outside of property was not put together, neighborhood did not feel safe. Inside of property was unkept noticed dead bugs in closets, stains on sheets and in bathroom.

Okay but could be better

The floors were not clean and there were a few visible stains that we cleaned up on arrival. The garbage can lid was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The bedrooms were not swept as there was dust under the beds. The master bedroom shower had a strong sulphur smell. The beds were comfortable but very to the floor and my 84 yo father struggled to get in and out of bed.recomm quite

We were very happy with this property. They pretty much have everything you need provided in the house. The house was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable even though other reviews suggested otherwise. The two queens are low to the ground but was not a problem by any means. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to cut our trip short due to winter weather at home.

Slight Smoke smell and Ants

The owner was quick to respond to concerns and provided the cleaning service information when I let them know of the smoke smell in the home. Since cleaning doesn’t remove smoke we opted to use the room spray they had available. The owner also questioned my integrity about the smell. Otherwise the home was fine and I honestly would have provided a higher rating if they hadn’t implied that I was lying about the smell. I did not ask for a refund or a discount, I was trying to ensure they knew it was an issue since they have a non-smoking policy.

Great for the budget

Cute house and quiet location. The guest beds aren’t the best and super low to the ground we had to stack the mattress from the 2 guest rooms for more comfort/ height. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived despite following the instructions and the customer service agents sent us the same login until we got in touch with Cydnee, who by the way was awesome in response. they did mention that they are actively keeping up on pest control because we would find dead insects everywhere. Overall really affordable for the price.

Great little house

This property was great! We have 5 adults and 1 baby and it was just the right size. It's a ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Minutes away from the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Please note - the 2 queen size beds are very low to the ground. They are probably 18 inches off the floor. I had planned on taking one of the queen beds to let my daughter, her husband, and baby take the king size bed but I recently had hip surgery and there was no way that I could get up and down with the bed that low. Also, when you first drive up to the property the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we had no problems out of any neighbors or anyone. It was nice and quiet. The back yard is a little smaller and more run down than the pictures showed, but this house was at a great price so that didn't matter to us that much.

Cleaniness and household not good - internet access not working

The house itself weren’t too bad, but the level of cleanliness and general maintenance were not good. We had to have the cleaners come again after we checked in. The refrigerator was dirty. The oven was so bad we didn’t want to use it. The fans in the rooms were really dirty and the blinders all over the house hadn’t been cleaned for a long period of time. The chairs in the kitchen were really dirty but got cleaned up at the extra visit we got from the house manager. One of the electrical switches in the master was really loose and moved. The waste bin in the kitchen was really dirty when we came - we cleaned it up ourselves. The backyard was there but leaves were all over. The sun beds looked really worn out. The bed in one of the bedrooms were like one foot above floor level and the mattress were really no good. We never got the internet to work despite the fact it didn’t work when we arrived and reported it to the house manager.

Home away from Home

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay close to beaches and shopping, this is the perfect place! Very quiet neighborhood. We chose to stay here because we have family that live in Clearwater and we didn’t want to overcrowd their house. But we also wanted to be close enough to go and visit. This house has all the amenities that you would at home. A huge plus was having the washer and dryer! Especially after beach days! The kitchen had everything you needed if not more! We couldn’t get the TV to work but that wasn’t a big deal at all! Most days we were out and about until late so there was no time for tv! All in all, if you want a really nice place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from the beaches and shopping, pick this one!

We came for a family wedding and were able to visit 5 different beaches, all within ample distance, during our stay. The house is in a great location to do anything you wish.

The house was cute and in a quiet location. Too far from the beach though. The backyard, what there is of one needs sprayed for mosquitos badly. The Keurig coffee machine needs to be decalcified, it only gave me a 1/2 mug when I pressed the medium size cup. I also couldn't get any channels on the tv, cable would be much easier to use for those who have never had roku.

We stayed for January and February. Really enjoyed the location. The house was furnished just as advertised. Really clean and everything worked well. Had one small issue where we reached out to host. We had great communication and issue was resolved easily and quickly. The location allowed easy access to so many things to do. We would stay here again.

Beautiful space

Overall good experience. A bit of a chemical smell in the main bedroom they we had to open windows and fan out but cleared up within a day. It could be cleaning products used. Was a perfect space for my family.
