Amazing house steps from beach

We had an amazing stay here with our children aged 12-24. There was plenty of space and the house was stocked with many amenities. The pool was such a refreshing relief from long days in the sun. This area is far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk to anything you need such as dining, shopping, entertainment. We enjoyed the area of beach being less crowded and more relaxing. The owner and property manager were always available if needed and checked in periodically to make sure we had eberyrhing we needed. We loved the area and property and hope to visit again

Amazing

When I read reviews for this Vrbo home, I wondered how they had 10/10 rating. This home definitely deserves it. Home is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at poolside. The North Clearwater Beach is absolutely beautiful, much better than I anticipated. This section of Clearwater Beach isn’t crowded, but just a walk to the areas where the action is. We didn’t have a car for everyone, was able to walk for entertainment, etc. There’s a beautiful playground nearby for children, and really nice public pickleball courts. I can’t say enough about this home. We loved it.

A special home loaded with care and comfort

This Clearwater Beach property delivered exactly what it said, I would do it again! It was clean and appealing and well-stocked from kitchen to towels, quality bed linens and pillows and an abundance of pool furniture, beach chairs, sand toys and the wagon to pull them! All the things I questioned - is it really that close to the beach and is the pool area a comfortable space? - more than satisfied. The floor plan was nice with ample sitting and room for our five adults and two grandkids. It is in a nice area and truly, an easy walk to the beautiful, more quiet stretch of beach. I think it notable that the bedroom wings on each end are right at the living/kitchen area so if you need a more private quiet corner, that might be a consideration. Nathan and Joanie were promptly responsive to our questions. It is a special home with care and comfort in the numerous details.

A perfectly maintained, quaint home located literally steps from the beach and very close to the main strip. Joanie is the absolute best - incredible communication, perfectly stocked etc. house is well laid out and the pool was phenomenal even in cooler FL weather. A privilege to be there. Thank you!

70th Birthday week celebration with entire Family

The four rooms were perfect for our whole family of 10. Our 3 grand kids loved the house, pool and all the beach amenities: wagons, umbrellas, toys, beach chairs and mat. Great location so close to beach. We went every day and also to sunsets. Easy to get to all restaurants.

Perfect location for our family. Walking distance to the beach and some of the restaurants and shops. Far enough away from the heavy tourist traffic. Lovely pool in the backyard for floating around in the afternoon. Best stay I’ve ever had at Clearwater Beach!

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Location is perfect -close to the beach and restaurants but away from the noise and traffic. House was clean, comfortable, and had excellent amenities- everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Pool and grounds are gorgeous. Host and property manager were responsive, helpful, and friendly- very dedicated to making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would definitely book the property again!

Wonderful Clearwater Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The home was clean and comfortable. Location to the beach couldn’t have been better. Our kids loved playing in the pool, as we stayed during a cooler Florida week. Pool and Beach toys were an added bonus and we enjoyed grilling outside a few times. We will definitely check out this Vrbo for future Clearwater stays.

Excellent Home; Close to Downtown

We had a wonderful time. Our host was very responsive. The house was close enough to downtown that you could walk there if you wanted. They had beach gear available if you wanted. They had a high chair and portable crib for our grandson which eliminated the need to bring those items. It was a wonderful time!
