The only thing good about the condo was the bathrooms

The owners had furniture that was to big for living room. The second bedroom the closet door was padded locked shut. No table to set at to eat meals. The master bedroom closet had no room because it was packed with owners belongings. And there was a large cabinet in the entry way. Will not rent here again. And would not recommend this unit to anyone.

This property is in dire need of updates. Only one of the elevators worked. The dishwasher didn't work and one of the two bathrooms in my unit had to be the original faucets and tile. The unit needed to be thoroughly cleaned and painted. One of the bedrooms didn't have a tv, lamp, or even a door for privacy. The only thing in the room other than the bunk beds was a small table with an alarm clock on it. While the Host was extremely nice and its in a great location, the lack of updates was unacceptable. For the amount of money you spend, you'd expect a lot better. I would definitely return to the area but not to this property. Again, the hosts were great, but the property was unacceptable to me.

Close to the beach!

Large master bedroom. Both bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good location very short walk to the beach with a view of the water from the balcony. The traffic on the street outside was noisy/busy at times but overall not a big issue. Cars stopped immediately for pedestrians. Few minute walk to John’s Pass.

Good Location

Overall the property is in a great location with the beach across the street and a short 5 minute walk to shopping, bars, and restaurants in John’s Pass. Check-in was very easy and we were able to get into the unit a little earlier than listed. The property is in need of a good cleaning (doors, baseboards, furniture, etc.), which is a theme in past reviews. Also, there’s a big locked cabinet that is awkwardly situated in the main hall upon entry into the unit which makes carrying large items in and out difficult.

Great location walk to beach and shops

I took my 11-year-old daughter and 75-year-old mother. It’s walkable lots of choices of restaurants, nearby and easy walk to the beach. The pool is a little small other than that great stay!

REUNION

My best friend, his wife, and I returned to the St. Petersburg area where we lived and worked and met our wives over 50 years ago. Clean and comfortable. Easy to relax in the apartment and on the patio. Adequate kitchen supplies. Adequate view of the Gulf. Meanwhile, the door to the washer and dryer dislodged at once. Also a handful of flea-like bugs in both bathrooms.

Rest and relaxation at the beach

The condo was just what we needed to facilitate a nice getaway at the beach. Literally across the street from the beach. Had to contact the manger to get a parking pass, but overall this was a great experience and the property was awesome!

Taylor Swift Weekend!

We were in town for the concert and wanted to be at the beach! This condo was located across the street from a beach access
 perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants and John’s Pass was almost next door! A great weekend!

Overall good experience.

Clean and easy to access. A couple of things that could have been better with the master shower head (looks like a $5 that wasn't very good). I would like to see a working lock on the sliding glass door (on a private balcony but you never know when safety is at risk)

Excellent location...steps from beach. Immediate action taken by management to fix cable issue so my husband could watch Michigan/Ohio game.... thanks again for that’s!!! Great experience over all.

Great location

This condo is located across the street from the beach and one mile from John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and walked everywhere we went. The only negative was I missed in the write up the note that the pool was going to be under construction during our stay. Our grandchildren were just a little disappointed but other than that I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back

Nice Condo, Great Location

The condo was clean and in a great location. Close to the beach and Walking distance to many restaurants and stores including St. John’s pass. The condo could use a few more essentials like beach towels, chairs and a few kitchen supplies. A little earlier check-in would be helpful for people flying in or a place to store luggage until checkin available.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location! Perfect distance to John’s pass and just steps from the gorgeous beach! There were some minor issues - with the door and chairs on the balcony, and an odor that were VERY quickly addressed and corrected by the property manager! We would love to stay here again!

The location is great! The apartment itself, is a bit cramped and not necessarily the cleanest. It was also hard to find a decent place to park. However, it is literally right across from the beach! We definitely would stay again, based on the location and beach access, alone.

Dirty Place, Street Noise

Floors were very dirty, room smelt bad, sheets were dirty, Couch was dirty. Brownies crumbs all over floor. faucet was broken in king bed room, omg the street noise was loud all night and bed was very uncomfortable. My back was very sore from the bed. I would not stay here. I not a person that likes to complain. I was thinking about getting a hotel room and leaving but not a lot of options for rooms because spring break. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

Perfect location for the beach and John’s Pass

The location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the beautiful beach and also to John’s Pass. There are lots of restaurants and shops in this area. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning having our coffee.
