Charming 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo with a private rooftop deck and ocean view. Spacious interior with all the comforts of home. Take the spiral stairs down to the yard, follow the path right to the beautiful sands of Belleair Beach! Enjoy magic moments when the sky paints an original sunset. Visit nearby, Sand Key Park or Clearwater Beach. Sand, ocean, fine dining and entertainment are readily accessible to you at this luxury condo.

Aldea community has a seasonally heated pool.


HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.

No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.

Beautiful Views

We have stayed at this property twice now. We actually came back because it was so roomy and is in such a great location. I will say that this time the unit was not as clean as it was the first time that we stayed.

Great Property BUT Very disappointing Unit

disappointing. The major complaint was the unit owner persistently controlled our air conditioning through a computer, changing it multiple times daily, leaving us uncomfortable. Ron and Taylor adressed the problem and made the owner stop. The owner wanted to negotiate a minimum temperature to give us control. Florida Beach Rentals told us they had NEVER encountered this situation with any rental property and informed us that they informed the owner
no negotiation and to cease the manipulation. Honestly, it made us uncomfortable wondering about the possibility of additional “monitoring “ By the owner. This was totally unacceptable and we would never rent from this owner again! We would highly recommend Florida Beach Rentals just not this unit! In addition there were no instructions for appliances, tv, etc. The furniture was dated and not in good condition The siding has been repaired with painted Duct Tape. The bathrooms are dated with dangerous large shower curtain rods at nose height, fiixures in bad shape, and master bath a huge disappointment and very small. There is major deferred maintenance. Decks and second floor are accessed by spiral staircases, which are in questionable condition and very difficult to carry luggage upstairs. Beds are comfortable, supplies adequet, location, view, beach, and pool are excellent. Once again this honest review of Unit A8 is simply meant to paint an accurate evaluation of what your realistic expectations should be We had a great wee

Quiet and Peaceful

This was our fourth stay at this complex and second in this unit. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place and just steps from the beach. We brought our kids and enjoyed all the excellent dining in the area, but spent most of our days relaxing on the beach or at the pool. We hope to be back again and again!

Peaceful Paradise

Aldea is a quiet place situated on a beautiful residential beach. We love staying here and this unit is the cleanest, most updated, and most well-appointed rental unit at Aldea in our three experiences. Although there are steps because of the second story unit, the proximity to the beach makes up for it and the pool is close too. We will certainly book this place again!

The beachfront rental was extremely clean upon arrival. Floor plan with a bedroom and bath on each level was Perfect, only disappointment was the pool heater was inoperable during our 8 day stay, that was unacceptable for the cost of this unit.

An Amazing Getaway

I don't know how it could get any better! The pictures accurately portrayed the condo and the view. The way the bedrooms are set up, it's like 2 separate areas with a common living room/kitchen, and the rooftop lounge area was perfect for watching a storm rolling in. The beach was not crowded at all - felt like we had the area to ourselves most days. The sand was soft and clean. And the pool was perfect as well. The condo is only a short distance to Pier 60 and numerous restaurants. Easy to navigate the area. This was just absolutely perfect and worth every penny.
