The Amadeus is a smaller water front building with only 10 condos, centrally located just a block from the easy beach access in Treasure Island. It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by.

This beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, top floor waterfront condo is simply gorgeous! Well equipped with all the comforts of home, open living and dining area and amazing views of the Boca Ciega Bay from the private balcony, the living room, kitchen and dining area, it’s wonderful! From the large wrap around balcony you are likely to see dolphins swimming through, boaters passing by and some even are lucky enough to see a manatee or 2! The condo comes with free Wifi and free parking underneath the building. The Amadeus property is a great value with a perfect central location that keeps you walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and many other activities. Please note that there is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.

Very nice unit

This is a very nice unit. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all nice and well equipped. It also has a nice dining table. We loved the view of the bay from the spacious decks and saw dolphins on many occasions. Nice private swimming pool as well and great parking under the building. There is a word of caution about this unit. It is on the top floor of a two-story building so there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the unit from the parking area. If you are older or have any issues navigating stairs you should probably look elsewhere. There were a couple of minor issues when we checked in but they were immediately taken care of even though it was the day after a tropical storm. That said, we love the Treasure Island area and this was our second visit to the area. Publix is about a block away from this unit and the beach is about 3 blocks away. There’s a variety of very good restaurants nearby. It always feels safe here day or night

Good property, nice neighborhood

The place was bright. Not newly renovated. It was a little bit older. Ample space. Nice deck and the dock was nice. Pool was clean. We saw lots of dolphins and caught a lot of fish.

Nice location close to beach

Property was in good area and close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Felt a bit dated inside, but everything worked and was usable. Some slight updates on beds, linens, and stocking a few essential items in the kitchen would go a long way especially for guests on longer stays. Overall was very nice and we had a lot of fun. Thanks!

Vacation 2021

Nice place and location. A bit dated and needs some renovations. Disappointed that I had to bring and buy most everything for the kitchen except pots and pans. Didn’t have a pitcher to make crystal light. $20 goes a long way at Dollar Tree. Overall stay was nice and beds were comfortable. Computer monitor for the TV in the bedroom was ridiculous and no TV in the other room. Price was decent and pool area was really nice. Close to everything. Well within walking distance for groceries, restaurants, beach, etc. pretty happy with our stay.
