Avalon Ground floor condo

One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. The condo is located on the ground floor, few steps from the pool. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance.

This one bedroom one bath condo was very nicely laid out. Clean Neighbourhood was excellent. Neighbors were very kind. Heated pool was five stars. It was amazing. The unit was centrally located to everything within a few miles. I really enjoyed my stay. I look forward to going back again next January.

Very nice location

This condo was very clean and had everything we could've wanted for our stay. A word of warning for families.... It is VERY tight for 4 people. It was exactly as described, so I'm giving 5 stars, but I think this property would be better suited for a couple or single traveler. The bathroom shower was great and we enjoyed having on site laundry! Right around the corner from the pool. Beautiful area. Thanks so much!

Savior in our time of need with a beautiful place

It was great but mostly was a nice, clean place but was right after 2 hurricanes we were homeless and Alina was a godsend for us with a nice, place to stay she rescued us , thank you and God Bless you. If circumstances were different would have been like a little vacation. But was long and we had a lot to figure out

Price was right, enjoyed our stay

The condo is much smaller than it appears in the photos but very tastefully decorated! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We very much enjoyed the area beaches and local towns. All required driving as there is no nearby places of any interest to walk near the condo. The complex is located on a busy street but thankfuly the condo itself was quiet. Having to take the garbage to the trash compactor was unexpected. We drove it, as the walk would have been a bit long and it would have felt odd carrying rubbish to the back of the complex. Alina was responsive and grateful when we alerted her about some burnt pans..She had brand new replacements dropped off on the patio! The price was fair and we did enjoy our stay very much!

So small had to open or close doors to go from one area to another. No storage area in the kitchen for groceries. Filled up the only closet with the decorative pillows that were on the bed, Totally unnecessary. Need a Kuerig . Wouldn’t recommend

Clearwater Stay

Our stay for the week was enjoyable. Very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed and nice pool. It was a bit small, but we managed. Owner was quick to answer with a problem with the television. Overall, a great place to stay.
