Beach Front Corner Unit - Beach Place #212

Beach Place #212 - You will find plenty of room, not to mention incredible views at this popular vacation rental at Beach Place condos. Just steps from all amenities, including beautiful beaches, heated pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village, this is a property guaranteed to make lasting memories. Free Wifi.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Beach Place #212 has 2 parking spots and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The full kitchen is stocked with utilities including coffee maker and microwave. The dining area fits up to six with additional bar seating for 4. The living area with flat screened TV leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the one of a kind views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool. Chances are, this will be your favorite spot to begin as well as end your day while soaking in the fresh Florida beach air.

The spacious master bedroom has a king and the large second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Each of these has a television and offers plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. All bedrooms have overhead lighting and ceiling fans. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. A short walk are the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. Across the street is John's Pass Village! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

You should know

With many beach condo options available, I would not stay at this location again. It was a spacious condo, but needs updating and definitely new mattresses. Ceilings are very low and if you have noisy neighbors like we did you can hear everything. When spending a lot of money for a weeks vacation on the beach, it’s customary for beach towels to be provided and a starter kit of the bare essentials like paper towels, Kleenex, etc to be provided before you get to the grocery store.

Short vacay didn’t disappoint

This booking was a last minute decision and it turned out great! We loved the location with lots of restaurants nearby. The view was beautiful and the beach is also great. This was our first time to this area, we usually stay around Destin, but would definitely go here again.

We loved this condo and the staff were very pleasant. The only bummer was water tuned off for about and hour one day w out notice but it was due to some work being done on the water main in the street. We would highly recommend the location to others. Easy walk to night life at St. John’s pass

Great vacation property

Condo was clean, large, great location for a family vacation. Walked to Johns pass daily for dinner n shopping. Wish there was a playground on the beach but we drove 5 mins to Roc park. Also wish there was breakfast place to walk to. Did drive to a couple close by. Having a washer n dryer was fabulous! View from the balcony was gorgeous.

The view was amazing. The location perfect. The condo itself stained carpet and not very clean. Security is very good. Beds comfortable. All utensils and everything you need are available in condo. Beds OK John's Pass Boardwalk right across the street for shopping and dining Loved that But the cleanliness of the floors was really bothersome Kind of outdated appearance but can overlook for the price. Check in definitely easy Check out definitely easy Good location for the money.

disappointed by the condo

The condo we stayed in was outdated. There were stains on the carpet, the floors looked dirty. There was limited utensils for cooking, had a mixer but the beaters did not go with it. Lots of things were broken and had to have the maintenance person come to fix some of the things. The washing machine was extremely loud so could not do laundry at night. I have stayed in much better condos in the past, was very disappointed this time.
