Coastal Property - Johns Pass Beach Place #201

Beach Place #201 - The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental property that offers terrific views of popular John's Pass Village in south Madeira Beach. Spacious, including plenty of natural light, this 1,140 square foot property includes a recently updated kitchen, complete granite countertops, and fully stocked with utensils. The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating, an electric recliner, flat screened television, and access to the balcony. Free Wifi

Unit 201 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, provides a king sized bed, a manual recliner, and plenty of storage, with a door leading out to the balcony. The master bathroom, like all SunHost properties, is meticulously clean with plenty of space. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, making this a perfect retreat for two couples or a small family. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

Guests at 201 Beach Place are close to everything. The popular beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities are just steps away as is John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Stayed in condo 201. Beds were like sleeping on plywood they were VERY uncomfortable and pillows were flat no matter how many we had. The bedspread was dirty and Stains all over it. The furniture in the living room was old and dirty with stains. The fridge was all rusty on the outside. The walls look like they have never been painted. The fan in the master bedroom was loud and annoying. The shower in the master was sub-par. Very dated - we have stayed here numerous Times and this was the worst one yet. Will probably not stay at beach place again. Office staff were very nice and helpful when needed.

Nice beach Vacation

We had such a great stay, the beach was right in our backyard and really nice and clean. Right across the stree was Johns Pass and we had delicious seafood everyday. such a cool place to visit, didnt even use our car. highly recomend it!!!!

Beach weekend

The condo was clean and big enough for my husband and I and two teen boys. The location was nice and the teens were able to walk around the area without feeling concerned about safety. Lots of restaurants, beach nearby, and shops. We had a good time for a long weekend beach vacation.

Excellent Location!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! This is an end unit , which is great! Steps from the beach and Johns Pass. It does overlook the drawbridge and we enjoyed watching that go up and down actually. It was very comfortable and suited our needs very well.

Great stay! Ideal location for an ideal price

We had a great time staying at the Beach Place Condos over New Years Eve. The location was perfect - close to the beach, Johns Pass and lots of dining options. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay in Mad Beach!

Enjoyed our stay at Sun Host Resort. Location was convenient to many things and right on the beach. The only downside was the street noise, but that would not prevent me from staying again.

Perfect location!

Let me start off by saying I'd stay here again. The beach is just steps away, as are restaurants and shops. Didn't need a car. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
