Handicap accessible house one minute from a beach with a heated pool.


Why rent the condo when you can stay in the comfort of your own private home with a heated pool. This newly renovated home ( in January 2023) situated across the street from the beach is the ideal paradise for your dream vacation.

The master suite contains a king bed, and a private full bath with a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom which contains bunk bed trundle ( twin, full, twin) and 52' TV .

The modern family room with a flat screen TV with satellite programming can be a nice gathering spot to retreat after a day full of sun and beach fun.

The big stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked and opens with double french doors to a recreation room with a dining table for 6 and a super comfortable couch with recliners on both sides. This is a perfect florida room with screens in the sliding doors that open to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors when you feel like staying of sun.

Outside you will find fencing surrounding the backyard for extra privacy, the heated & lit pool with a automatic cover ( child protection) and an extra outdoor restroom and shower. The tiled patio has a siting area, four sun beds and a gas grill.

In the attached garage we keep everything you need for a beach, as well as washer and dryer. Next to the garage is another outdoor shower so you never have to bring the sand from the beach to the pool and house.
Please note, house has a parking space for two cars - one in a garage one on driveway. It’s not easy to park in a neighborhood.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS; The Redington area offers wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. You can ride tourist trolley from St Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater.
The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores wild Bird Sanctuary, Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Miniature Gulf are just a few attractions luring kids off all ages. St Petersburg has weekly concerts, art shows as well as Salvador Dali Museum and world class night clubs.
Major theme parks; Disney Word, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away, Bush Gardens 45min, Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5h. Famous Miami 4h and Naples 2.5h drive.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner! We purchased all food and condiments, but coffee was available with a keurig and regular coffee maker. We didn’t bring any beach stuff because we didn’t realize how accessible the beach was, but luckily they provided chairs, coolers, a wagon, and beach toys, which we returned to fully clean and organized as requested. The pool was perfectly clean and we kept it clean throughout the week, and closed when not in use to maintain the pools temp of 89! Everything was perfect and we were so impressed and thankful! Have never experienced such a smooth, clean and safe vacation! Stores were only 5-10 min away. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well-stocked with plenty of sand toys, pool floats, and even toys and games. The pool was perfect and loved by the kiddos (age 3 and 8). The walk to the beach was short and easy. It really was like we had the beach to ourselves. 10/10 recommend everything about this house!

As advertised

Clean spacious excellent location. The pool looks a little small when you first see it but it’s quite roomy once you hop in. The beach across the road was amazing. This entire week we was here when we went to beach we had it to ourselves. No one else within like 500 yards. One note that I didn’t pay attention to is there is only showers there no tubs. We made due fine but it is something I hadn’t realized. Would recommend this place for anyone.

Perfect location

We stayed with 2 families (1 family of 4 and 1 family of 3). It was the perfect size. The ocean access was directly across the street. The kids found hundreds of sand dollars and other various shells! Mini golf, shopping and restaurants within walking distance!

Time with Family

We gathered with our adult sons and daughters-in-law and our 2 yr old grandson, and had a wonderful stay! The house is very comfortable and is literally an easy few minutes' walk across the road from the beach. The backyard pool was truly a highlight, and we used it almost daily. The owners Ewa and Casey responded very quickly to any communications.

Redington Beach House near the Gulf

We stayed here for a short winter getaway while the kids were on a school break and before I have my busy season at work. The property was extremely clean with 3 nice size bedrooms, a spacy kitchen and dining area, along with a backyard patio that was modern and private. It is close to delicious local dining, activities for adults and kids, not to mention being a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sand and Gulf. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit it and the area again very soon.

This house was great. Exactly as described. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. The house was perfectly maintained. Everything we needed and the pool and pool area was enjoyed. We will definitely be back to this property.
