Great location, pool area is very nice. Rental has everything you need to stay comfortably. The hostess even has beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella. Excellent communications, convenient parking and a very safe complex where female travelers would have a sense of security. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I got away in this quaint little condo for a few days. Check in process was very easy. The condo was very beautifully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen provides a great place for cooking for your family. The bedroom has a nice TV for winding down for the night. The living room couch is very comfortable for sitting and watching your favorite shows. The heated pool is an easy walk, with full access. This condo is close to Pier 60, which is about a 10 minute drive.

Girls Trip

My teen daughter and I stayed for a few nights. Friends of ours stayed in another unit, in another building. All buildings are easily accessible within a short walk from each other. The condo was fabulous. Very clean. Great setup. Great decor. My daughter loved the balcony. Pool was very nice, clean, only a short walk and in the center of the complex. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Clearwater beach and pier 60 area. Would stay again.

Perfectly relaxing

Our week was exactly what we all needed: a relaxing getaway from life! Not too expensive to have to worry about paying for it for years, either! The apt was located close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away to not have to worry about masses of people and traffic. Equipped with everything we needed and I absolutely LOVED to porch. It felt like I was on a treehouse!

Difficult to access and find

No elevator to access the 3rd floor apartment. We did not see this in the description .The building was hard to find as you had to wind around several times to find unit building . The slider to balcony was hard to open and beat up. The towels were few and thin and had to be washed daily. Did not have a lot of amenities.,Will not stay here again.

Great location, 3.5 miles from Clearwater Beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. The owner is very easy to deal with and quick to address any needs we had. Excellent amenities in a nice gated community.
