Needs some. TLC

This place is pretty beat up. It really needs a coat of paint. The walls have large scrape marks in most of the rooms. The rugs were old, flat and stained. The furniture is broken down and uncomfortable. There is no room to hang anything in the closets except for a couple of short shirts. They’re loaded with junk. The walls are quite thin. You can hear every word of anyone in the hallway. I wouldn’t recommend this condo.

Great, homey location

My family and I went to Madeira Bay Resort for our sons Spring Break and had an absolute blast. Short walking distance to the beach, as well as to Johns Pass which has endless restaurants and attractions.

Absolutely perfect

Everything about this condo was perfect. The view from the bedroom window, and balcony that’s off of the living room, the location to Johns pass with all the shops and restaurants and bars. And it’s really just steps away from Mad beach. Also you can’t hear your neighbors. Never heard anyone one next to us or above us. Plus they have beach umbrellas and chairs. We would definitely stay in this condo again if we decide to revisit this location again.

Nice condo/common areas need help

Very nice clean condo with nice view and pleasing decor/well decorated. Showers and baths nice. Had all you need for your stay including good cable TVs in all rooms. 2nd bedroom a bit small with no window, probably a den originally—my opinion. Although it was a newer building the hallways (carpet) need some serious maintenance. Although it was nice, would most likely stay somewhere else next time.

Great place!

Our unit was super clean, beautiful furnishings, and stocked with all the necessities. Great location being so close to the beach and Johns Pass village. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is the bed in the smaller room was very uncomfortable.

Pleasant Bayview - short walk across the street to Beach

Condo was nicely decorated and had a pleasant view of the bay with a slew of boats that made me long to hit the open water. Quick walk across the street to the convenient beach access. Price was reasonable for the time of year and I would return to this property.

Medeira Bay 1

We stayed in the "new" building, the area was wonderful, would not stay again at Medeira Bay resort. The pool area was too small for 2 condo's, no outdoor restrooms by pool, you had to go all the way back to your room. Second bedroom was way too small, bed only full size and very uncomfortable. Master bedroom was very large, nice but only one small closet for the entire condo. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable also. It just wasnt set up very nice. The area is wonderful and we will be back, but different condo.
