Welcome to the Florida Gulf Coast! Come stay and enjoy this beautiful, updated, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath beach condo inside the private, gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club community. SLEEPS 4 guests (1 Master: King w/ closet, 1 Guest Room: Bunk Bed, Full Bed over Full Bed), a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, cozy living area, screened in porch, washer & dryer, cable & high speed WiFi. Condo is located on the second floor accessible by one flight of stairs.

Inside this gated community includes 2 beautiful pools to kick back and relax and free parking for one car.
3 fishing piers within the property - perfect for dropping a line in or watching the sunrise

You will not find a more convenient location that has everything you need within walking distance; most importantly less than a 10 minute walk/5 minute drive to the BEACH! Walk or drive to the grocery store across the street, liquor store, local shopping and live music at the famous Saltwater Hippie (a local favorite!).
Located across the street from ROC Park, offering 2 public tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a children’s playground. Activities are endless!

The condo was clean and had everything you would need. The host was very responsive to questions. They had 2 nice pools. It states in the listings that there is a hot tub, fitness center, game room and that it is gated. Due to the hurricane, currently none of those things are available and currently not in the works to be fixed. This property has 286 condos, 143 upper and 143 lower. The lower condos are currently being worked on, only about 40 are completed. The unit we stayed in was an upper and the unit below was being worked on that started at 7:30am. Sawing, drilling, pounding until about 5pm. I would ask questions about the property before booking if you had any concerns. All in all we had a wonderful vacation! The weather was beautiful, the beach is a 10 minute walk, a really nice park across the Yacht Club that offers a baseball field, basketball & pickle ball courts and a splash pad. We would walk around the park every day and saw a school of dolphin in the bay. We would definitely return to this unit and hopefully all the construction work on the property would be completed.

Stay was overall good. Lots of construction going on (not the owners fault at all) due to Hurricane damage but very noisy at times. We have a 1 year old and 4 year old and feel the cleanliness wasn’t too great. My 1 year old had nearly black feet from running around on the floors barefoot as did my 3 year old. Also when looking for lost toys from the kids there was trash under the couch from previous guest. We would stay again but feel the place could’ve been cleaner overall.

This 2 bedroom, nicely decorated condo unit was perfect for my family. Having a kitchen and table was great, as well as the bath tub for my daughter. The pools are very clean and big. This host was very responsive and accommodating!

It was a very nice condo. It was updated, clean, and very centrally located. The condo facility is walking distance to the beach. We just drove to the end of the parking lot and walked. Walking distance to the grocery store and several eating establishments. If you like to fish their a a very nice pier with fish cutting stations and pole holders. A splash pad, playground, basketball courts, pickleball/tennis courts right across the street.

I can say enough good things about our stay in Madeira at this beautifully well decorated condo!! Everything you could possibly need was there everything’s walkable!!! I stayed at the same place last year, but this was exceptionally by far the nicest!! Everything you could possibly need or want is there and Gwen, our host was so kind and gracious and thanked us for staying. There was no reason to contact her because everything was perfect. I highly recommend this unit. It was up-to-date, and tastefully decorated.. Madera yacht club was quiet Zen calm and exactly what we needed. But, again this particular unit was exceptionally nice.

Access to many amenities. Fitness room And game room were closed because of flood damages. But the 2 pools were open and beautiful. The surprise amenity was the amazing park right next door. Enjoyed watching people play basketball and the random soft/baseball games.

Comfortable Condo steps from the beach

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this 2nd Floor condo. We stayed here in part to help support a community that had been hit hard by the storms months ago. Much of the area is still rebuilding, including almost all the 1st floor units in this gated development. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach as well as local shops.

Good Location

Pros: Great location, close to stores, restaurants & beach. Unit had cold AC. Washer/dryer came in handy. Comfy master bed. Cons: The listing states BRAND NEW/UPDATED. I am sure at one time it was updated but it is not BRAND NEW now. Unit wasn't cleaned fully upon arrival, and we arrived 8:30pm. Dirty towels in hamper, food on carpet/floors. Kitchen chair cushions filthy &stained. Contacted owner to make aware & had pictures to show. Owner asked to view photos then all communication stopped. Prior to communication was good. Owner never told us the gym, spa & restrooms were during first part of our stay. We use gym daily, so this was disappointing to find out. Other owners there had been notified with multiple emails stating it would be closed. Condo is on the second floor many stairs not that was an issue for us but may for others. Many issues to start this vacation but we just made best of it after buying cleaning supplies. Unit is not a fully stocked unit. Not even a sponge or dish soap. a cleaning lady came back next afternoon to do floors. She stated this unit has looked like this for over a year that we have been cleaning it. Also, she stated that she has told the owners that the carpet runner & rug needs to be replaced. The listing just needs to remove BRAND NEW/UPDATED off. We honestly thought we were walking into that and it just wasn't the case. There are many beautiful units in this complex as we have stayed in other ones with no issues.

The condo was welcoming, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed at our home away from home for a week. Great stay in Madeira Beach!

Our family had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed and was in the perfect location! We enjoyed being so close to Madeira Beach, restaurants, and playgrounds. The amenities were ideal and we used the pool and waterfront walking path daily. The host was a wonderful communicator! We will definitely be back!
