I had a great stay at this location. It was extremely clean and the perfect size for my son and I. It's in a perfect location, a two minute walk to the beach and 12 minute walk to John's Pass! I loved the privacy and view of the intercoastal waterway in the back. It was very relaxing! The host did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout my stay and the time leading up to it. I'd love to come back and do it again!

Perfect for two

This place was great! Had everything we needed for the beach. It was nice having the view of the bay in the back too! Great location! Dawn the host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Also ran into the property manager a couple of times and he was so nice too! Overall wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great get away

Really cute and CLEAN studio. Perfect for 2 on a get away. Really appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels available. It was also nice to have some staples available including assortment of coffee pods, sodas, water. Great location 
 easy access to beach but mice to chill out back on the waterway Would stay again for sure

The rental was very clean. We had to purchase an air mattress, since the fold down couch was very uncomfortable for an adult. Otherwise, zero complaints!

We enjoyed the earlier check in (arrived about 1/2 hour early) and communication with Dawn was wonderful. We had issues with the door, what we assumed wasn’t the locking working, but it appeared to jam when trying to lock, contacted Dawn and immediately she sent someone over. There was an overwhelming odor from what I assume to be the AC/vents, probably from the hurricane damage that smelled moldy. The place was clean despite the smell. Great location, we kept windows open and the location made up for it. The pull out couch was also broken, making it not able to sleep in.

Tampa fun with work

A coworker and I were trying to squeeze a little fun in with a business trip. Great little place with a lot of extra amenities. Small touches like new tooth brushes, coffee, sugar and creamer. Even a first aid kit. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of John’s Pass. Great communication. We will stay there again on our next business trip.

Great Location

Place perfect for what we needed. Great access to beach. Less than 2 miles from ROC ball fields. Did have a bit of an odor but figure from flooding etc from hurricanes. Would stay again.

Amazing!

This place is great! Owner's communicate well and are very friedly. Louie helped us settle in on our first day and followed up to se if we needed anything. They provided plenty of towels, basic shower needs, dish soaps, and even had beach chairs and umbrella to use! We absolutely loved it! Short walk to the beach, (accross street) and a half mile to John's Pass. Cant wait to come back next year! Thank uou for a great time!

On the intercoastal

Small but efficient Comfy bed, everything u need 15 steps to the intercoastal water Dock that u can fish from Nice seating area outside The beach access. Is just across the street There are units all but the one we rented had water views, would have been nice to see the water from the room Very clean great area

Home away from home

Our flight was late so we got to the house late. It was easy to find, Dawn sent good directions. The house had a light on and an under water channel and soothing music was playing when we came in. Everything was very nice. Smelled good, clean, the host had water, a little dish of candy and sodas. The kitchen had everything you’d need. Plenty of towels too. The beach was across the street. They had beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. My husband and I were very pleased. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable. K. Peters

Location was good to get to various places in the area. Beach very close. Condo was a lovely size and very comfortable. Could do with some more storage for clothes and the shuttle buggy was never available but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.
