This spacious, family-friendly retreat is perfect for groups of all sizes, featuring a main house and a private mother-in-law suite — all the comforts of home, and more. The main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. Just above the garage, the mother-in-law suite offers a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space — ideal for added privacy, multi-family stays, or grandparents traveling with the group.

In total, Mookie’s Beach House comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it the perfect setup for large families or friends vacationing together.

The main house features a bright and open living area, complete with a large sectional sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze — featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials you need to cook at home.

First bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 bunk beds – bottom is a full and top is a twin in each. Primary bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Second bathroom is located on the hallway and it features a walk in shower.

The mother in law suite is located above the garage and it has a kitchenette with counter seating and a small living space. The mother in law has a queen size bedroom with a bathroom that has a walk in shower.

* Spa heat is available (Oct - April ) $15 per day + taxes.
