Welcome to Indian Sunset Beach! The ten foot ceilings and 1290 square feet of living space give this unit an open and airy feeling. The floor plan is open. Bedrooms are split giving privacy for everyone. BTR#1452

Beautiful sunrises can be seen over the intercoastal waterway. Take the elevator down and within steps you arrive at the beach-side heated pool and the white sandy beach. Once the sun has set, enjoy the twinkling lights of passing boats on the intercoastal from your private balcony. This condo complex has only 11 units for that private vacation feeling.

This unit sleeps 6 with a primary suite that is set apart from the rest of the condo. The primary suite features a king size bed, twin chaise lounge/bed, large closet and private updated master bath with walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a twin xl over king perpendicular bunk. The second bath next to this bedroom is very convenient.

The spacious kitchen opens to the dining and living room area and includes everything you will need to prepare meals if you choose. In unit front load washer/dryer makes laundry a snap.

There are two assigned parking spaces for this unit. Vehicle size limit is no longer than 17 feet and not higher than 89 inches. Property includes a Ring doorbell that faces the common hallway. Security cameras also monitor the common garage areas, the pool, and the pool deck.

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in for a vacation!!! Everything we needed for the week and more! The listing didn't do it justice. Huge 2 bedroom condo. Immaculate condition. Great location. We ended up with 6 people in our group and we were never crowded! We were able to watch the boats pass by from the balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels and condos for vacations, this was by far the biggest and best!

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Indian Rocks Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the condo, “Path to Relaxation.” We had been notified in advance of our visit by the owner that there would be some challenges, including construction noises due to repair on the building after the hurricane and the pool being under repair. We appreciated Monica reaching out to us and letting us know and also giving us a discount. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here so much. She checked on us and made sure that everything was going well. We had a wonderful beach stay and enjoyed exploring the area and trying new restaurants that Monica recommended.

Beyond expectations

I have used vrbo and homeaway for several properties in the past. This one was the best yet. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Many times we have stayed at the beach and have always forgotten the little things. This property and owner made forgetting those little things so much easier. IRB perfect location!

Great location overlooking the inter-coastal, enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning at breakfast and the condo complex is literally on the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon and beach chairs making that short walk to the beach even easier. Location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Perfect spot for our family with two young kids. Our only concern was cleanliness of one of the rooms that Monica would be addressing with the cleaners and personal opinion that the master bed and bedspreads could be replaced. Monica checked in upon arrival and was responsive during our stay. Neighbors mainly fellow vrbo families were very friendly!

Spacious Condo ...Home Away From Home

The condo is so spacious. The bedrooms are on two opposite ends. It is on the second floor so no one below you. Could not hear tenants above us at all. TVs have Spectrum cable and are smart TVs. All the beach stuff you could want. The wagon was a lifesaver! Left our boogie boards for the next guests to enjoy! IRB is our absolute favorite beach and we will stay in the condo again next summer! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!
