Only issues were with the elevator and some of the appliances were not in the best condition (microwave cracked, poorly fit lint trap in dryer, oven missing racks)Still overall a good experience for our family!

This location is absolutely perfect. The 3 different balconies was amazing. So spacious and amazing view. Definitely will be back. Second time staying at these condos and we will definitely be booking this condo for many of reasons!

Condo was clean and pretty well equipped! Lots of sand toys and some beach chairs. Washer and dryer are very small and there was no detergent. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided. The pool area is amazing and very spacious. The pool is actually heated and the hot tub was a hit with our kids! Property manager was great with communication and quick to answer questions. Key pick up was a drive. We will definately be back to the Beach Cottages!

Great Beach

This was third year staying at the Beach Condos in Indian Shores. Overall, the property is decent and the beach and ocean views are second to none. The pool area is nice and there are grills to make your own dinners. Our unit needs a few repairs however. The toilet in the master runs unless you flush it just fight, the sliding door on the beach view deck takes a pro wrestler to open, the pots and pans are complete junk as are the beach chairs and the elevator wasn't working half the time. But these things wont keep us from coming back. It's all about the location!

Florida in January

This condo has a nice layout. Lucky for us since it was a cool, windy week when we were there so we spent quite a bit of time in the condo. The condo was clean overall but may be due for a deep cleaning. Also it would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with basic cooking items, i.e., measuring cups. There was a great selection of books. We would definitely stay here again.

Post COVID Getaway

Property was great. The only thing better were the sunsets and the full moon setting on the Gulf. Property was located in a great area with ease of access to Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and a short ride (less than an hour) from the airport. The management company was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.
