The staff was very nice very friendly. The location was great! The building itself was very old and worn. The door card readers didn’t work correctly and we had to be moved once, and had keys replaced a few times. The pool area was covered in bird crap and one day a dead fish was in the pool. The rooftop bar was really nice and the food was good. Overall i wouldn’t stay again.

When I arrived to check in, my reservation was not found through a 3rd party. It took 30 mins to correct the problem. I was offered an upgrade room. The beds were too hard as well as the pillows. The breakfast was minimal for selections. The hotel isnt ocean front, its across the street. The area is busy and good selection of restaurants.

This is the best spot in the area, location wise. Don’t expect much from the rooms. Pretty worn and broken down. Beds are uncomfortable. Really gives a motel vibe. Definitely needs to be renovated. The location for pier 60 access is unmatched. That is the benefit. They also have a restaurant on the rooftop. Food is nothing special but the view is great
