Welcome to Sea Breeze 301, a rare corner unit offering 1,420 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and panoramic views in every direction. This direct Gulf-front condo features a large private balcony overlooking the beach, plus a second balcony off the master bedroom with serene views of the Bay—perfect for sunrise coffee or evening breezes.
Inside, both bedrooms are generously sized and furnished with two double beds each, making this unit ideal for families or groups. TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, along with free cable and Wi-Fi, keep everyone connected and entertained. A single parking pass is included, with a second available upon request.

Not having a manager on-site had drawbacks. Because it was holiday time, sone guests were really hyped up to start but that settled down. However many of the rules were not followed by all. Unit was spacious and comfortable but small things were disappointing. The bathtub had a continuous small drip which we reported right away but no plumber arrived the whole week, A maintenance chap put a new pull chain on the overhead fan as we couldn't run it with the short bit there. The most irritating thing was running the t.vs. We are used to one remote and having 2 was different. However the remotes were all different and even the same make was a different model. It would be very helpful for an instruction card by each t.v. as to how to operate it. In the kitchen we didn't see a potholder or oven glove and no dishes really for young children. It might be helpful to have some small plastic glasses that little hands could hold. We loved the view and the hot tub and the layout of the unit. Too bad there was little parking near restaurants.

We loved the condo. If we come again next year, we would like to rent the same unit. Our only request would be that there are two adult size beach chairs, and possibly a small cooler. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful space in a fantastic location

The accuracy of this listing is spot-on, it is a beautiful space with plenty of room to relax and a large kitchen for preparing meals together. We had an issue with the freezer which management addressed quickly. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the common public areas. We appreciated the prominent notices made in advance about the elevators undergoing scheduled maintenance during the weeknights. The building is within walking distance to John's Pass, which has a lot of great shops, restaurants, and water sports activities. We have never stayed at the same place twice in our many years of travels, but this is a must-return-to condo!

Beautuful Beach

Can't beat the location. Beach is beautiful. Unit was not very clean. Sand on the floor. Bathroom sink. floor, and shower with hair on it. Cabinets in master bathroom sticky. No beach towels or beach chairs like other units. Coffee pot not working right. Will be back next year, Just not in this unit.

Beach Condo

We had an excellent rental experience with this unit. It was very clean...they had mostly everything that you could need to make your stay enjoyable except there were no beach towels or beach chairs that came with the unit. The view overlooking the ocean is absolutely amazing. I would definitely rent again!

Family Beach Vacation

This was our second time staying at Sea Breeze, but the first in this unit and with TRS. We didn't book directly through TRS, so check-in was a little hectic - I never received an email with check-in instructions, and we were coming after normal hours. However, once we got to the unit, we were happy to be back in Madeira Beach. The unit itself is very well-appointed inside. There were a couple damage issues, but we made sure to let TRS now about them as soon as we arrived so we weren't charged. Nothing that affected our stay though! We love the location, and the beach was as beautiful as always. However, this unit gets a TON of road noise. We had a sound machine for our son, but we felt like we were sleeping on the highway. It can't be helped with the location of the unit, so just be sure to bring a sound machine or earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We're looking forward to coming back to Madeira Beach - just probably in a different unit.

I have stayed at the Sea Breeze before but this time the condo had dirty linens and old furniture

I would not rent this unit again. The furniture needs updating. Linens were left dirty on bed also.

Very spacious and ideal Gulf view

Very spacious condo. Having 2 double beds in each bedroom is wonderful to allow for flexible rental scenarios. Gulf view is perfect. Unit does show its age a bit and the elevator is painfully slow. Only issue we had was with the checkout process. Instructions state to check out at 10AM and return key to nearby office at 13030 Gulf Blvd. I went there and the office was not even open. Fortunately a man nearby directed me to a key drop box. Process should be much more straightforward and clearly documented. VRBO inquiries were not returned when I asked a question the night before checkout - nor after I informed about the drop box.
