This gorgeous townhome is one of only 22 in this community and grants you access to fantastic on-site amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and on-site golf.
Upon entering, discover a welcoming open floor plan with high ceilings, tile floors throughout, and large beautiful windows offering tons of natural light. Curl up comfortably on the sectional and get ready for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The well-appointed has been updated with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Another great perk is the dry bar with bar seating. Upstairs, you will find three beautiful bedrooms, including the main suite, which has a view of the pond and an en suite bathroom. Outside, the home boasts a private patio that offers the perfect spot to lounge and relax with beautiful views of the pond and tropical landscaping. Additional perks include an electric grill and central AC.
