Staff here is always very nice and attentive. Location is GREAT! Very short 2min walk to beach on a quiet street. The beach has $45 chairs with umbrella rentals if you need it. Paradise Grill is on the beach with beach fare and bar drinks. Delicious! Night life is a couple blocks away with live bands/ DJ. Corey Street is fun too. They have a Sunday farmers/craft market and some cute shops. Lots of yummy restaurants near by. We had dinner at Snappers. Great Seafood. We had a king bedroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Ac worked well and it had ceiling fans too. The pool was clean and a great temp. There are also ice-cream shops walking distance too. WE love Upham Beach.

We have been staying on the beach at St Pete’s for twenty years but our favorite spot is currently closed and we were intrigued by the great reviews for St Pete’s Beach Suites. We did choose the cheapest room as it was a last minute trip but the room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are friendly. You can walk to the beach, and multiple bars and restaurants. Various seating areas around the property would make it a great place for a large group as there are so many cool communal spots. We will be back.

A great weekend place to stay within 2 minutes walk to 68th Ave beach access. 2 pools, which was nice in the evenings. The place has a great family vibe and is quaint and beachy. They provide some beach toys, wagons and umbrellas for guest use. We would stay here again!

Ac did not cool properly Took hot water in the shower 20 minutes to get warm Dogs barking and people having a conversation in the breeze ways at midnight We decided to leave at 5:15 in the morning because we got very little sleep and there was a loud family in the pool The sign on the office door reads 10:00 pm quiet time is strictly enforced Obviously not This was our second time staying there Definitely will not be a third time
