Make sure you realize this is a shared property I did not

The house is clean, modern, and very spacious. I wish this is where the review ended. Make sure you realize this is a shared property, I did not notice that. The attached garage is a studio apartment. The is a door inside the property still that leads to the garage. It is a locked door (like in hotel) but it is not walled off. It has a hot tub directly under the master bedroom window. We could hear them and they were not being loud especially at night when they were in hot tub just 8 feet from the master bedroom. The chairs to their outside space by the hot tub are directly by the master bathroom window. If this does not bother you then there are no issues the space was great. We did not want a shared property and it was a surprise and uncomfortable.

Wonderful house in St. Pete

We stayed at this house with our sailing team and it accommodated everyone perfectly in a conveninet location. Beautifully decorated house, spacious, well laid-out, and very clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.
