I came knowing that the hurricane last year was going to impact our stay. My feedback would be that even though much of the pool area was torn up, I would have liked to have seen a cleaner pool and sat in chairs that were actually comfortable.

Our first time at Surf Beach Resort, staff were extremely efficient with communication, and our late check in went very well. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would recommend this resort

What amazing sunsets!

Talk about a perfect location! We had an awesome time relaxing and enjoying the silky smooth beaches. The staff was amazing to deal with, Valerie was so nice and accommodating, the entire process was simple and easy, and the place was clean and offered the best views of the ocean, beach and most importantly, the sunsets...

Perfect location

Comfortable condo in a great location. Right next door was a municipal parking lot that made it easy for our friends to stop by and say hello. Would definitely consider staying in TI again.

Wouldn’t stay again

Pictures didn’t accurately reflect how far the property is from the water. Pool was always filled with sand. Kitchen didn’t have any bowls (big bowls for making a salad, etc.). Not enough plates or silverware; we had to run a partially full dishwasher most days. I prefer rentals BY OWNERS as they tend to care more about your visit. No beach chairs. Towels were more “lint stuck together” than actual towels. Neighborhood seemed sketchy, specifically the drug store across the street. Homeless guy on the beach.

Fine stay but wouldn’t help out with red tide

This peppery is definitely older. The unit it self was clean and decent. Small, I wouldn’t say 6 people would fit in here. Upon a late check in, and a last minute stay NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT RED TIDE! it was very disappointing and felt like we weren’t told the whole story. I’m very disappointed. They knew this was happening and didn’t disclose. I felt like when we got to the beach we were bamboozled. I 100% understand the weather can’t be controlled but telling your guests if a situation is 100% your responsibility. I have NEVER in my life written a poor review but it’s clear this property only care about a money. Which is fine, but just be cautious if something comes up because “ONCE YOU CHECK IN ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS” well, when I called to say I’m checking in late, you could have said PS it’s a red tide. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Because once we figured it out we stayed for 2 days and check our only ONLY REQUESTING the last day or a few dollars because Of the situation. As a business owner we like to make it right. But this property must not believe in this!!! You can always make this right.

Beautiful beach

The condo was neat and clean. They even had beach towels and a small cooler. The pool was nice and well kept. It was so nice to walk right out onto the beach. My family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
