We flew in from Ontario Canada for a wedding, we checked into our room and within 5 minutes we immediately checked out and cancelled the remaining of the stay, this hotel looks nothing like photos, and is absolutely disgusting

My room was dirty, there were bugs in the room (have pictures of everything) and.....they wouldnt give me a nights stay refund because i wouldnt stay there because of bugs and the level of dirty Ness. Blood on the curtains, poop on toilet seats, sheets dirty

Conveniently located and priced. Staff very friendly unfortunately elevator was out but we were informed before arrival. Great view to Gulf and pool. While the pool was not heated, we knew, the problem was the pelicans bathing in the pool. Dozens at a time- I didn’t get in, I and other sunbathers were cautious about any diseases that could be transmitted through traces of feces or feathers etc.

The elevator was broken, we stayed in 4 days, originally they have us in the 5th floor. The best they could do was moved us to the third floor. Still we have 4 pcs of luggage. The selection of the continental breakfast was very limited, also extremely noise from the other rooms. The worse was that we couldn't enjoy the view of the balcony (BTW, the view was the only good thing), since everyone around were heavy smokers.

Perfect Girls Getaway Spot!!

The view from our room was wonderful! I could lay in bed & have see the ocean! The location was perfect - close to everything & could walk to anywhere we wanted to go whether it was the beach, restaurants, boat tours, beach bars, etc.

Beach view was great! Location is the best part. We've stayed 3 other times but this time it seem the quality was less. Disappointed. We had next to no hot water, hair clugging the drain enough to have water pass ankles making the tub slippery for next person. No hand rail in shower; for my 83yr old mother. Maintenance never showed up when we reported to front desk. Was told to speak to management Monday; we left at 630am- what management!? Place needs alittle TLC.

Dirty room, elevator was broken and my room was in the 5th fllor, moldy smell. I had to leave the property and had to search for a different place to stay. I am asthmatic and could simply not think about sleeping in the room for the night.

Weed smell , no elevator , 3 flights is hard when you cannot walk well . Clean bed , less than clean bath , decent sitting area , nice view from balcony . Could not access pool , Ice or breakfast . I cannot recommend
