Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and outdoor kitchen were a wonderful and a great way to ease into happy hour and dinner. Property manager was responsive and quick to answer any questions.

John’s beach house is divine! It’s so well laid out and full of everything needed for vacation. The bed is super comfortable and the primary bath/shower is extraordinary. Plenty of towels too. The pool and hot tub are awesome. John gave us some great recommendations for meals and a great tip to check out Massaro’s Italian market in St. Pete; don’t miss it or the tiramisu.

This home is wonderful! With 2 kids and a dog we had an amazing stay! Everything you need is at your fingertips and I over packed! Very clean and beautifully decorated comfortable home! John the host is very accommodating and I asked a few questions and was always available and answered quickly, we would love to come back and when we do this home is where we would stay! Thanks John

Wonderful stay

There were 7 of us staying. The property was perfect for getting together. The communal space was very comfortable with all of us in the room. It still afforded us with private space with the pool area and screened porch. I personally really enjoyed the reading nook.

This is a beautiful home. The pool and outside area are gorgeous and perfect for hanging out and cooking for a group. The house was very clean and neat. The host was great with communication. 10/10 stay.

The house was perfect for our 8 person family. The home had plenty of everything we needed. The little ones loved the pool and the adults loved the grilling area. The kitchen sink hose had a leak while we were there and John was there ASAP to fix it. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

Incredible Getaway!

Came here for a girls trip and the home is absolutely charming! The decor, style, and cleanliness of the property made the trip 100x better. Everything was very clean, wonderful pool, in nice neighborhood with everything you need!

Excellent pool home close to the beach and everything

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home was stocked well plus had extras like beach toys/chairs/towels and pool floats and noodles. It was a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The pool and spa were very nice and easy to use thanks to John’s video explaining. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing, private oasis

Our family had a wonderfully experience a this vacation home. Checkin was quick, easy, and the home was spotless. The backyard pool and outdoor kitchen were the true stars of an otherwise impressive property, which was even more secluded than the pictures could capture. Can’t wait to return!

A great stay

Excellent property. Pics accurately reflected the place but better yet the bunk beds were replaced by a full or queen bed. Had one minor issue but host was very responsive. We had 8 people and the pool, lenai and grill area along with open kitchen made it great for our group. Master bedroom bed was great as well. When AC DC comes back to town, we will do it again!
