Welcome to your Clearwater family getaway Twin Oaks Retreat! This newly renovated 2,300 sq ft home is designed for comfort, connection, and fun. Spend sunny days splashing in the heated saltwater pool, then dine under the cafe lights on the covered lanai. Inside, the open floor plan keeps everyone connected — whether cooking in the chef’s kitchen, streaming a movie on the 75" Smart TV, or playing games together.

With three king bedrooms and two bunk rooms, there’s space for everyone to spread out or cozy up. The Owner’s Suite is its own private retreat, complete with spa bath featuring a rainfall shower and soaking tub.

When it’s time to explore, you’re just 5 miles from world-famous Clearwater Beach, where you’ll find pristine sand, dining, and nightlife. Back at home, you’ll have everything you need — from beach chairs and toys to a gas grill and game space.

Place was so nice the outside needs a bit of cleaning around the deck and door area and the pool pump was not working but we had fun anyway. It was set up well for our family ! Great location easy to get to the beach and amazing sunsets each night.

2 families (4A and 5C) stayed for 6 nights in April 2025. The villa had everything we needed and was in a great location to explore Clearwater and surrounding areas.Plenty of supermarket choice very close and easy access to main roads.The villa was clean and the back yard and pool was spacious and a great place to spend time unwinding.The neighbourhood was quiet with friendly neighbours.Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Great Home!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in mid February and we lucked out with summer weather so we took full advantage of this home only being 5 miles from the beaches. The location is extremely central to everything, the house was super clean (and I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness) and communication with the owner was prompt. We’ll definitely return here next year and stay at this home again!

Really is an excellent property.

Property was incredible well designed and outfitted. It had everything we needed. You can tell they had put a lot of work and thought into the design. The outdoor and pool area was top notch. It was plenty of room for our three family trip with 6 kids. Communication was also great, we didn't need anything during our trip, but I'm confident the property owner/manager would have been easy to work with.

Excellent Home for Large Family Vacation!

We LOVED this place! It worked perfect for our family vacation! It was exactly as described, beautifully updated, clean, and had so many great amenities and extras (pool, beach chairs, yard games, ECT). We had a large party staying there and it was plenty of room for the whole group! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the open area to sit and chat! Highly Recommend! If it is available next year for our trip, we plan on booking again.

Perfect Girls’ Trip

Perfect house for our girls’ trip in Clearwater. House is immaculate and has a perfect layout. The pool is pristine and the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is great for morning walks and is close to everything Clearwater and nearby cities have to offer. The host is amazing and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional House!

My husband and I brought our 2 daughters and their families to Florida for a family wedding. There were 6 adults and 5 kids under 5. The house was amazing! More than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the heated pool. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We all loved it! I highly recommend it. You will love it!
