Staff was nice but this is not somewhere you will want to stay if you want to be able to take a shower the sheets and towels were unsanitary dirty and there was a roach crawling on my pants when I woke up. People were arguing throughout the night.

For $48/night I can't really complain I'll just try to be factual: • The room was not ready by check in and staff had to be chased down for the key • I had to request towels as none were provided with the room • The room reeked of chain smoking • The room didn't lock properly so I bought a traveler's door jam • The shared pool was dirty and out of service

Room was extremely filthy. Very musty smelling! Had to buy a broom and scrub mop to clean the floors, baseboards, toilet, sink etc. Found some cockroaches alive and some dead, only a couple of electric outlets worked, most didn't. Only one lamp so had to buy one because it was so dark inside. Had to buy electric cords so we could use electricity as most outlets didn't work. The swimming pool was closed all during our weeks stay. Garbage can was full of trash, etc. Had to scrub it out. Sheets and towels were badly stained so we bought some new ones to use. Toilet plunger was all covered with dried on dirty toilet paper so I cleaned it. No soap or toiletries or tissues were provided. We bought our own pack of toilet paper and towels to use. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were very old, flat and stained. We used our own pillowcases. We had to fix two chairs and a table because they were very wobblily. Tub had a continues drip and it was all chipped and dirty. I cleaned 7 dead bugs off the shower curtain. Only one key worked for the door. I would NEVER EVER stay here again and don't recommend it to anyone. We've never seen such a dirty place and so many things that would never pass a safety inspection. Broken outlets and the air conditioner outlet was hanging loose completely out of the wall. Pretty sad when you pay for a room and you have to scrub it down and use all your own supplies in order to stay there. This place should be condemned! I regret booking it ! So awful!

there was roaches everywhere, smelled like bleach the whole time and the pool was closed and i didn’t have a stove/hot plate in my room. then i had to wait to check in and it seemed like she had just woke up. not very nice customer service the sinks clog up so damn fast.

When we arrived at the location at 10pm. The Staff gave our suite away and told us there were fully booked out. We called customer service of Expedia to help us find a replacement. But they were just as unsupportive as the staff at Uptown Suites. Never will book there again!

We never fully checked in. This hotel/ motel, was very un kept. The pool was dirty and out of service. There was no check in area, it looked more like a un organized storage closet. I waited 5 mins for someone to help me check in. She was dressed in pjs hair a mess and thrown up wearing slippers. We decided not to stay because I knew this for sure had bed bugs. I’m a shocked that hotels.com even list this place. You couldn’t pay me to sleep there.

They only issue one key and it only goes to the bottom lock not the deadbolt. The staff doesn't even have a spare key for times of being locked out of your room because the second guest had the key and was not able to get back to the hotel in time. My room had a microwave and it didn't work. They don't offer toilet paper replacements, clean towels, etc. I had to clean before I could rest.
