The thoughtfully decorated living and dining areas feature modern furnishings and a 75-inch smart TV, creating an ideal space for group gatherings, family get-togethers, and family reunions.

The stunning open-concept kitchen features top-of-the-line, high-tech Samsung appliances, modern cabinets, and expansive quartz countertops, creating a luxurious atmosphere even while cooking. A wine cooler is conveniently located beneath the kitchen island.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials, a "ninja" combo coffee maker that offers both filter and pod brewing options, as well as a "ninja" blender, toaster, air fryer, cooking mixer, electric kettle and more.

The spacious master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, remote-controlled lighting and ceiling fan, and a 55-inch television.

Both the second and third bedrooms are well-appointed, with queen-size beds, ample closet space, remote-controlled lighting and fans, and 43-inch televisions.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, a TV, a closet, and remote-controlled lighting and a ceiling fan. Toys and board games available in the closet.

The bathrooms have been completely remodeled, resulting in a spacious and modern design.

Relax with a refreshing dip in our heated, saltwater pool. The saltwater composition is gentle on your skin and eyes, providing a soothing swimming experience. Complimentary up to 82F during cold months.
The backyard offers a variety of outdoor amenities, including a BBQ grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a dining area, hammock, floats, water toys, and kids swimming vests.

Situated just minutes drive from renowned beaches, as well as a short drive to popular attractions in the nearby area, including Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Tampa, Busch Gardens, the Aquarium, the Zoo, St. Petersburg and Dunedin, among others.

Additionally, we offer child-friendly amenities such as a highchair, crib, pack 'n play crib with sheets and blanket, children's dinnerware, cups, utensils, books, and if you have any other needs, we will be happy to try and provide it.
